Traveled with a group of college students. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was clean, refreshed our rooms on the second day of our stay, and had an inviting lobby to hang out. They were very accommodating in extending our stay when a storm made it impossible for us to travel home. Breakfast staff, especially Lynn was amazing greeting us each morning and sending a care package with us for the students that didn’t have a chance to eat breakfast before leaving early on our final day.
The staff was very accommodating and provided great customer service! The hotel was clean and a great location.
Enjoyed my stay so much here! Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable! Randy at the front desk was so helpful and patient and answered all my questions and helped me with card issue at check in.
Only thing I would say is the pillows weren’t comfortable however the bed was very comfortable!
Lynn at breakfast was absolutely amazing! I’ve never been to a Hilton hotel that has someone at breakfast that helps and serves you, Lynn was so accommodating and sweet! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.
My wife and I’s experience was amazing. At check in, Rob was very polite and helpful. Greeted us with a smile and the small talk was pleasant. The rooms were clean and inviting. The walls are thick. People talking in the hallway. As soon as the other guests went in their rooms. It was very quiet. Could not hear a peep. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. Very satisfied. At check out, Randy was also very polite and helpful. We would love to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay as a large family group of 14. The lobby was very nice and the staff were very welcoming. Rob at the front desk was so kind offering water and hot chocolate as we played cards in the lobby!

The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helpful at check in. I accidentally booked through reservationstays.com and I was worried it was a scam, and I had called ahead to confirm the reservation. Although that site doesn't have good reviews our stay ended up being fine. We checked in with no problems and had a great time. Would visit again!

Very poor service experience. The staff was unresponsive, slow, and lacked basic courtesy. Requests took too long to be addressed, and it often felt like guests were not a priority. Overall, the service quality did not meet expectations at all.

Clean, safe, well kept property with attentive staff. Lynn in the restaurant is the best and always goes above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of.
Everything was very nice at this Hilton location. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond. Especially Lynn and Rob. They made our stay very enjoyable.
Hilton Hornor members get complimentary water. I was trying to get water and the guy in the night lied to me that the complimentary water were locked in a storage somewhere. He later told me that he just doesn't want to give me complimentary water.
Want to compliment Lynn who works in the restaurant with her level of service which was and is excellent and very high quality. Very friendly and not one time did I have to wait on refills since she was there when I needed a refill.
Hilton should be proud of her service and definitely an asset to your company.

I was stuck in a snow storm during the night of Jan 21/22 as my original hotel refused to give check-in as i arrived post 12 am. this was the country inn hoffman (avoid it). in desperation and panic i called up Hilton Hoffman and to my surprise the front desk gentleman immediately called me in and gave me a room with early check in. he understood I am business traveler and stuck outside. an example of training and basic human decency. I have decided to stay with Hilton now onwards. To the Hilton management, that man in the front desk deserves a raise.
