Cleaning should be beyond a bed made and a counter wipe down.
Pros:

The location was good and parking available. They offered free water and snacks.

Cons:

The bed was made and the obvious areas were cleaned but when I first walked in, I opened the refrigerator to put in the water bottle, there was take out food left in there. Also when I showered, there were strands of blond hair on the wall and I have black hair. So they weren’t mine.

I called the front desk about the refrigerator and the hotel housekeeping manager came right away and had someone clean the fridge. I saw the hair in the shower the next morning and was leaving that morning so I didn’t even bother reporting the hair. They already knew the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. They should have offered to put me in another room at the first complaint.

It was fine.
Pros:

Everything was as expected. The price was very high.

Cons:

There was a nail/staple sticking out in the crease where the rug met the bathroom threshold. When I was walking to the bathroom, I stepped on it. You can see it, but you can feel it. It needs to be pounded in.

Pros:

Fitness room, the quality of the facility and the room for it not being a luxury hotel. It was very nice.

Cons:

I didnt like that the price jumped to over $500 for a Sat night. It is not a luxury hotel and there were no first class amenities that came with the increase. It is a plain hotel room where most people just used it for sleeping. I felt it was unnecessary and a racquet.

The staff helpful all the time and friendly as well, I had a great time enjoying the facilities provided by the hotel and the cleanliness. Their attitude really gave me leaving with a great impression on Amherst and United States as a whole. Thank you.
