Kakkerlakken in de kamers. Door hotel personeel naar 2 verschillende kamers verplaatst, maar beide hadden kakkerlakken. In overleg geannuleerd en zou mijn geld terug krijgen voor de nachten dat we er niet sliepen, maar tot op heden niets terug gehad..

It was near the fan festival for the 2026 world cup

Cons:

Mean staff, specially the lady in the reception, Cassandra I think, slow maintenance, loud and old AC, awful internet connection, dirty surroundings, difficult to arrive in public transportation, expensive food, not well prepared for foreign visitors, very uncomfortable matress... Tons of storms in Houston and they did not have an umbrella??? Again, awful internet connection.

Pros:

No continental breakfast. No free coffee in the lobby. Exercise room was minimalist. When I got my bill receipt it seemed to be more than I agreed to. Not sure I got my room daily deposit back. Had to walk through construction zone to get to convention center. The parking at hotel was good. They did let us keep our luggage downstairs in a closet for the day we checked out instead of it being in a hot car all day. Ladies in the Cafe only spoke Spanish. $4.99 for a cup of coffee?

Breakfast is not free!
Pros:

Clean room, large space. Very polite staff.

Cons:

The breakfast is not free, different from what was advertised. 10 dollars for one cereal bowl tells you how much the breakfast will cost.
There are some roadworks in the hotel vicinity so the access is a little bit confusing.

I was double charges. Paid online and they claimed I didnt and was never refunded either charge. If i knew ai was payong double I would have stayed some where nicer.

Door keys rarely worked(3rd set worked a little better)and pool heater didn't work, so pool and hot tub were ice cold and not usable.
