Door keys rarely worked(3rd set worked a little better)and pool heater didn't work, so pool and hot tub were ice cold and not usable.

Breakfast was extremely bad; the noise made by 5 or 6 cleaning staff members gathered on the floor right in front of our room, talking incessantly, was unbelievable. The hotel management lacked any sense of professionalism.

It was horrible!
Pros:

Loved the closeness and easy access to the Toyota Center. Very short, easy walk from hotel!!! ♥️

Cons:

The hotel weren’t by a bar that played live music to 3:00/4:00 am Saturday and Sunday nights!!! Couldn't sleep at all! Most unbearable hotel stay anywhere, ever! Not worth saving the money. Should have stayed at the Hilton!

Good stay in downtown Houston
Pros:

Most of the staff were really nice, the breakfast was really good and the location was great, also they have free parking

Cons:

The floor was squeaky, th hallways didn’t smell good and the facility is not in the greatest shape

I like the location, breakfast was good, and timing was great

Cons:

The toilet was stopped up they didn't have a plunger on hand I had to wait for maintenance the next day I had to smell the odor from the toilet throughout my room the housekeeper understood nothing you were saying and there was not another room available
