I was double charges. Paid online and they claimed I didnt and was never refunded either charge. If i knew ai was payong double I would have stayed some where nicer.

Door keys rarely worked(3rd set worked a little better)and pool heater didn't work, so pool and hot tub were ice cold and not usable.

Breakfast was extremely bad; the noise made by 5 or 6 cleaning staff members gathered on the floor right in front of our room, talking incessantly, was unbelievable. The hotel management lacked any sense of professionalism.
