Our room was clean on arrival and we had a smooth and fast check in. The location was perfect for all the restaurants and shops. Everything was walkable. Beautiful ocean view also.

Rooms are a bit dated now and it shows. I have been coming here for over 10 years and nothing has changed or been updated. The TV is about 15 years old and tiny with no smart features or ability to stream to it which is pretty standard these days.
We had a lovely view of the beach on one side and the Glasshouse Mountains on the other.
There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, and we didn't feel at all cramped.
Having Coles within arms reach was great. Easy to get supplies and take them back to our room.
Great spot with the beach right across the road and the main shopping strip at our door step.

Brilliant ocean view and close to everything you need
Liked - free parking & ability to use the hotel facilities before & after check in. Comfortable bed and spacious apartment area.
Disliked - noisy air conditioning system meant we had to turn it off. Balcony still had sand on it from previous guests.

On arriving and every subsequent return to the Mantra the Reception staff were oblivious to our existence. Maybe hospitality should not be their chosen profession.
