I have stayed there more than once and now you have to pay $15 a day to stay. I think we already pay enough to stay there let alone pay extra money for parking!!

A great place to stay.
Hotel was clean and smelled nice. I dislike having a wash basin area outside the bathroom. Also, paying for parking in a regular non covered parking lot is absurd.
We had to have a late check in and they were very accommodating.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was pleasant, with convenient access to shopping and restaurants.

The stay was good; however, my grandson found a carpet beetle in his bed when he woke up.
Hotel was right next to Overland center making it super convenient. Just the average Courtyard hotel.
Starbucks located in the hotel did not work on regular schedule.
The staff is the only thing this place has that is on par with what I expect of a Marriott hotel. They were friendly and did a good job with a quick check-in. We enjoyed the location of this property because it is close to the Children's Hospital for our son's doctor's appointments.
We stayed in August 2025. The hotel is dirty, uncomfortable, and overpriced. The floors, walls, pool area, and almost every surface have some sort of filth or deterioration. The carpets are filthy and worn and should be replaced. The wallpaper around the elevators is falling down, the stainless steel around the elevator (5th floor) has hand prints that have been there long enough to have rusted into the surface, the towels are threadbare, and the pillows are very thin and need to be replaced. The beds are lumpy, and hey, they don't have simple smart TVs for streaming, so you'd better bring an HDMI cord. This hotel is not up to standard for a Courtyard by Marriott. It needs a renovation.
Convenient
The associate that checked us in was extremely inviting and professional. His whole personality was nice and welcoming. The room was nice as well.
My only recommendation for improvement would be to repair the hot tub and the pool could have been cleaner.
The porch area outside was nice
This is a great hotel and I would stay here again. The staff was really nice and friendly.
Clean and modern hotel. Reasonably priced and in a very nice area. Conveniently located just outside of St. Louis. I would gladly stay here again.
The room I booked was to have a tub/shower combo … it didn’t! I like to have a tub!
