Happy closure to a long day!

Holiday Inn MSP Airport. Simply Great!
Pros:

Recently stayed at the Holiday Inn MSP airport MOA from June 1 to June 4th and had a blast. All of the staff were helpful, friendly, and kind. Shout out to Kayla at the front desk, you are super friendly and warm. While sitting waiting for the shuttle to the airport, I heard other guests praising your performance, kindness, and ability to entertain guests as they waited in line to check in.

14 Days Stay in MSP Airport Holiday Inn Express
Pros:

I am frequent business traveler and stay in hotels around the world 300+ days a year. The MSP Airport Mall of America Holiday inn Express is one of my favorite hotels. The airport shuttle driver CJ, and the front desk staff, especially Kayla, are really friendly and make each customer feel special. Hotel is new, breakfast is fresh, clean, and orderly, indoor swimming pool is clean and warm, gym equipment is high quality, fresh ground coffee machine available 24hrs per day.

Great room for price just needs plumber.
Pros:

Close to airport, large clean rooms, large soap,shampoo and conditioner dispensers,helpful staff and on time shuttle 24 hrs a day.

Cons:

Had hard time finding the main light switch which was hid behind bath barn door. Shower diverter did not work properly so 90% of water went to tub and barely came out of shower head which was also unable to adjust head angle. Toilet was loose on floor and water never shut off completely.

Great stay! Definitely recommend
Pros:

Had a great stay here! Kayla at the front desk was very kind & personable and helped us with everything we needed. Best front desk service we’ve had! The shuttle driver working with her was also awesome and gave us a huge book of coupons to use at the mall that came in handy! Five stars

Atmosphere-5 The common areas were clean and tidy
Room -5. Our room was clean and everything worked properly. Housekeeping person was friendly and kept our room clean and stocked with towels and cleaning supplies.
Value-5 good price value for our stay
Noise level -4 there was a great deal of construction on the site however we were out most of the day so when we returned the construction was done for that day.
Service-5. The young man who checked us in was pleasant and very helpful with recommendations of local food areas activities. ( Lovell) He was knowledgeable about the hotel schedule and and amenities. The manager was also very attentive to our needs.
I was pleasantly surprised , our stay was very pleasant and if we visit the area again we would stay at this hotel.
