Had a great stay here! Kayla at the front desk was very kind & personable and helped us with everything we needed. Best front desk service we’ve had! The shuttle driver working with her was also awesome and gave us a huge book of coupons to use at the mall that came in handy! Five stars

Atmosphere-5 The common areas were clean and tidy
Room -5. Our room was clean and everything worked properly. Housekeeping person was friendly and kept our room clean and stocked with towels and cleaning supplies.
Value-5 good price value for our stay
Noise level -4 there was a great deal of construction on the site however we were out most of the day so when we returned the construction was done for that day.
Service-5. The young man who checked us in was pleasant and very helpful with recommendations of local food areas activities. ( Lovell) He was knowledgeable about the hotel schedule and and amenities. The manager was also very attentive to our needs.
I was pleasantly surprised , our stay was very pleasant and if we visit the area again we would stay at this hotel.

It was a nice stay. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet. Good atmosphere and tasty breakfast. Check-in was easy, and Kyrsta was very helpful during checkout.

I enjoyed my stay here and the interaction I had with staff. Gary (maintenance manager) greeted me at the front desk and let me know to reach out if I had any questions or issues. Room was clean and had some nice little touches.

We came to the hotel to stay during a family trip to the mall. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, prompt and attentive. Special shout out to Krysta at the front, and Gary from maintenance.

Be aware there is a really small icon $ on the parking—they charge per night and it doesn’t appear in billing. They tell you on arrival. The hotel is simple but it works. We were just passing through overnight and it was icy t/o the parking lot; especially by the portico where it has dropped off and freezing. Slippery and a bit dangerous to old folks in February.

Gary was an excellent driver. He was very friendly and helpful. He dropped us right off at our car and we were on our way.

Blizzard travel chaos + airport parking stress and they still managed to make everything easy and even enjoyable. They went above and beyond in every way.

I knocked off 2 stars because of the $15/night parking charge. That was not included when I made the reservation. It was added at the desk at checkin. It is mentioned on the website under the parking tab but you have to go looking for it.

There is construction on 12th ave so you have to enter off of American.

The hotel itself is great. Staff is wonderful and the room was spotless. Great breakfast and they have the automatic coffee machines that grind fresh beans and brew for each cup. Having good coffee available in house saves a trip to Starbucks in the morning.

We stay at this chain when we travel and will continue to do so, but we’ll skip this location in the future because of the parking charge.
