I did not sleep the whole time. My room was net elevator and stairs . So much noise it was horrible. People screaming dogs barking. It would nice if you could put a sign indicating please don’t make noice others are sleeping. When client check in ask them not to make noice. A sigh by the elevator and stairs.
Hospitality: Armando (I believe it was his name) was exceptionally kind and attentive; the location is excellent in the heart of the city, and the bedding was clean and tidy.
It looks a bit 'tired', like it has seen better days. For instance, the bathroom door needs paint, and some other areas are chipped, damaged, or worn.
We were assigned a room with known water leaks that flooded when it rained. After being moved, the bathroom glass door detached while showering—very unsafe. Poor maintenance, bad judgment assigning rooms, and unhelpful staff who tried to shift blame to the guest. Not asking for luxury, just safe and functional rooms.

We love your hotel and its great location but the plumbing is old and worn out. The bathroom sink faucet was loose and wobbled. The shower head fell off, and the bidet did not work. Please update the plumbing and I will rate. 5 next visit.

Muy buena ubicación y el desayuno incluido es muy bueno.
El hotel ya es algo viejo, cumple muy bien por su ubicación, los baños y regadera estaría bien que los renovaran. Me pusieron cerca de lobby y se escuchaba mucho ruido.

La habitación 221, no la han mejorado, el baño daba cosa el piso..pareciera que no lo trapean, se necesita mas luz en el área del espejo...el closet descuidado y con polvo en las esquinas del piso, cuando salí vi que tienen habitaciones muy bonitas y con mas luz, nada que ver con el closet qué tiene la 221, y el baño que no tiene extractor y la ventana da miedo abrirla por lo que hay afuera...aun así el trato de los empleados muy bien. Estacionamiento también. Gracias...si vuelvo a ir, me aseguraré de que no me den la habitación 221.
