Café da manhã gostoso e com boas opções, quarto bom, cama confortável, chuveiro bom. Localização do hotel boa. Funcionários da recepção e garçons gentis.

Cons:

Limpeza, arrumação do quarto: precisa melhorar muito. Foi arrumada a cama e retirado o lixo. Mais nada foi feito.
O banheiro não foi nem varrido (foi mantida no chão a mesma sujeira por três noites), não foi feita reposição de touca de banho nem da toalha de rosto. Coisas básicas que não precisam ser ditas por serem óbvias e necessárias.

Pros:

Desde o check-in ao check-out, tudo maravilhoso. Os colaboradores são mega atenciosos, simpaticos, educados, o hotel possui tudo que eu precisava . Limpeza impecável, conforto para dormir com camas e travesseiros confortaveis e kit amenities gracioso. Voltarei sempre que cier a SP.

Desejo de coração que os funcionários do estabelecimento sejam tão bem tratados como eu fui durante a minha estadia!
Pros:

Do atendimento de todos os funcionários, desde o Júlio da recepção até por quem limpou e arrumou impecavelmente o meu quarto, principalmente pra moça que perguntava no café da manhã se eu queria tapioca, ovo frito e repunha o café.

Cons:

A única coisa de que não gostei é de que, na saída, queriam cobrar por coisas que não havia consumido (um chocolate e um energético).
