Recepcionista Thaís foi ótima e tentou me ajudar na chegada, onde ao abrir a porta do quarto o cheiro de mofo estava insuportável. Ela conseguiu me realocar para um quarto um pouco melhor.

Ótimo hotel!
Pros:

Gostamos do quarto, bem espaçoso e limpo, o café da manhã foi bom, a localização para nós também foi excelente, estava próximo dos locais que fomos visitar em SP.

Cons:

A única ressalva é o fato de ter uma banheira dentro do box do chuveiro (particularmente não gostamos disso), para mim ficou um pouco ruim pois quase batia a cabeça na ducha e o medo de escorregar ao sair da banheira após o banho. Não recomendo este tipo de quarto para pessoas que tem problema de mobilidade ou idosos.

Os funcionários, em especial Os atendentes da recepção !!!

Cons:

1) Quarto muito antigo, desconfortável, box/banho sujo
2) muita poeira e barulho, por causa da obra (não deveria cobrar o valor que cobrou )
3) café da manhã com a parte de pães e bolos ruins, velhos e sem sabor. Parte de bebidas limitadas, deveria ter mais opções.

Tamanho do quarto

Cons:

Espaço pede modernização. As tomadas estão no padrão antigo, exceto ao lado da cama. Foi difícil trabalhar pois não havia tomadas próximas à mesa possíveis de usar.
