Truly impressed
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciated for all the helps and talks with your staff. Ansh was a really nice person and he helped us during the check in procedure. Also we had a really nice conversation with Deimaia during our breakfast after our visit to Taj Mahal. Abhinav also had an outstanding attention. Truly impressed by all staff and would recommend to everyone definitely.

We were celebrating our 6th month anniversary, and a special thanks to Suhani Vyas for arranging a room upgrade and a beautiful celebration setup that made our occasion even more memorable. Samra and Abhishek warmly welcomed us, assisted with check-in, showed us around the property, and ensured our comfort throughout the stay. The room offered a breathtaking view of the Taj Mahal, making every moment magical. The entire team made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories for us.

Absolument parfait ! Inoubliable !

Absolument tout ! Cet hôtel est un rêve éveillé. L’accueil, le cadre, la chambre, le massage, le petit déjeuner, le personnel, l’odeur de l’hôtel, tout était parfait. Se quedaron con mi dinero y no ofrecieron ninguna solución
Cons:

Solicité la cancelación de mi reserva antes de la fecha de alojamiento. Sin embargo, durante varios días me respondieron que estaban evaluando mi pedido de reembolso y nunca me dieron una respuesta concreta. Mientras tanto, el tiempo siguió corriendo hasta que llegó la fecha de check-in.

Lo más llamativo es que recién después de la fecha de alojamiento me comunicaron que la reserva no era reembolsable. Es decir, me hicieron esperar hasta que ya no tenía posibilidad de reorganizar el viaje ni de utilizar las herramientas de la plataforma para modificar la reserva.

Ante esa situación, pedí al menos un cambio de fechas para poder utilizar el dinero ya pagado en una futura estadía. También fue rechazado. En la práctica, terminaron quedándose con el importe completo de la reserva sin brindarme ninguna alternativa razonable para aprovechar el servicio que había contratado.

Lo que más me molestó no fue únicamente la negativa al reembolso, sino la forma en que se manejó todo el proceso: demoras constantes, falta de respuestas claras y ninguna voluntad de encontrar una solución. Para un hotel que se promociona como de alta categoría, esperaba un nivel de atención y profesionalismo muy superior.

Mi experiencia fue extremadamente decepcionante y no recomendaría este establecimiento.

Aan te bevelen, gaan zeker terug.
Pros:

Super locatie met zicht op Taj Mahal, super kamer, mooie moderne faciliteiten, hospitality heel goed. Heel goed ontbijt. Nice upgrade van kamer. Vanuit hotel is transport eenvoudig naar Taj Mahal.

Amazing stay
Pros:

The jewel in the Taj
Pros:

The overall experience was stunning. I simply cannot rate them high enough. All the staff were so hospitable and professional. The location with views of the Taj and beautiful hotel grounds was an exceptional experience. It really is a jewel where staff, facilities, food, service, location all work in harmony.

Absolutely nothing other then we couldn't spend more time there.

Exceptionnel, un conte de fées
Pros:

Que dire à part que notre séjour était digne d'un rêve. L'hôtel est tout bonnement incroyable, le décor et l'environnement sont magnifiques et raffinés. Tout est décoré avec goût et somptueux. La piscine est immense, les jardins paisibles et féeriques, encore plus la nuit. La nourriture et les cocktails sont extras. Le personnel est aux petits soins, ils sont très attentionnés, tout en sachant restés discrets. L'hôtel fournit de petites attentions à chaque moment de la journée et met tout en place pour que votre séjour soit le plus confortable et agréable possible. Grande gentillesse de tous. Nous sommes venues pour l'anniversaire de ma sœur. Ils l'ont couverte d'attentions et de cadeaux. Cela nous a beaucoup touchées. Rien à redire, si ce n'est un grand merci pour ce moment exceptionnel dans le plus bel hôtel que nous ayons jamais fait.

Merveilleux hôtel . Site exceptionnel .vue sur le Taha j mahal on est bluffé par cet accueil extraordinaire .on a l’impression que l’hôtel est privatisé pour vous . d’un point de vue pratique transfert vers le site gratuit toute la journée petit déjeuner parfait. Très belle piscine et jardins le très grand luxe a prix doux .

Pros:

Very friendly team. Beautiful location. Clean spacious room with balcony overlooking garden with the Taj in the distance. Nice music on traditional instruments.

Cons:

Sometimes there were too many different people asking whether we were fine. Neighbors had noisy and bad music.

Pros:

Wau was für ein tolles Highclass Hotel. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Wir haben die Zeit am Pool mit einem feinen Lunch sehr genossen. Auch das Abendessen und das Frühstück war sehr Lecker.
Unser Zimmer einfach wunderschön mit Blick auf das Taj Mahal.
Einzig der Cappuccino könnte verbessert werden. Es war eigentlich ein Milchkaffee.... :-) Ist für jemand der guten italienischen Cappuccino kennt und viel trinkt natürlich nicht unbedingt ein Highlight im Oberoi!
