Our toilet overflowed in first room, but were moved to nes room. It rained so couldn't swim

It was okay but could have been better
Pros:

The hotel staff was great but the room was just decent. My sheets had spots on it and the shower head was not clean.

Cons:

I just felt the room could have been more cleaner. There was an old glass under the bed that told me it was not cleaned the floor.

The hotel make me feel that my vacation was 5 stars.
Pros:

The hotel staff treated me and my family warmly—a feeling I had never experienced before; they made me feel like part of the family, as if they had known me for a long time. That gesture really made me feel that I wasn't just a source of revenue—I was a special guest to them.

I want to give a shout-out to George at the front desk. His friendliness, professionalism, and customer service are on another level—seeing how much he enjoyed listening to my granddaughters talk about what they did during the day was priceless. He’s the reason I’ve added this hotel to my list of places to return to, and usually, for that to happen, someone has to reach a level that very few ever do.

Pros:

The front desk clerk George was excellent but the rooms carpet smells and the one site restaurant was rude and didn't fix breakfast but the next person came and he fixed his breakfast no problem
I will never use the hotel and I will be contacting the manager

Surprisingly wonderful hotel with helpful staff.
Pros:

Great value! It was attractive, clean, nice little restaurant for late dinner and early breakfast. Room was comfortable and bed was great.

See above. It was also right across street from car rental and close to airport.

Pros:

Mr. George is very friendly...He is a great asset to the company and make your check in process seamless...I've been visiting this location for the past 6 years and his customer service never changed.

Rooms are clean upon check in and very spacious. Thank you for making my stay pleasant.
