Bom hotel e boa localização
Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado, é possível visitar as principais atrações a pé. O bairro onde se concentram os restaurantes e bares fica próximo. Muito fácil se deslocar e conhecer a cidade. O quarto é confortável e limpo. Café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Não tem frigobar no quarto para ter uma água gelada. Fui no verão e fez falta ter um frigobar

Sehr gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, die Hotelbar ist sehr zu empfehlen, gegenüber meinem Aufenthalt vor einem Jahr besserer Service, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist für die Lage in der Frankfurter Innenstadt sehr gut

A comfortable stay in a great location with nice staff
Pros:

We really liked the friendly and helpful staff, the great location, and the hotel overall. It was a pleasant and comfortable place to stay.

Cons:

There weren't enough pillows, but the staff brought us extra ones straight away when we asked. The main issue was that room cleaning was often done quite late in the day. We sometimes had to wait in our family's other room until it was finished, and because it seemed rushed, the cleaning wasn't always very thorough.

Comfortable. Helpful Staff. Tasty breakfast.
Pros:

Room was very nice and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Shower placement was a bit odd. While nudity is not a big deal for me it might be odd for others. Providing a coating on glass for privacy might be a good idea in next upgrade.

die Lage ist für uns wichtig und ist für uns gut

man merkt dass nichts mehr investiert wird vor dem Motel One Umbau, alles etwas "in die Jahre" gekommen. wir sind früher - auch - wegen des sehr guten Frühstücks ins Flemings gekommen. Das hat doch sehr nachgelassen...

Hotel was located in good location

Cons:

I was shocked as a 4 star hotel didn’t even had the telephone in the room or mini bar or even iron in the room. So if something happens for you in the room you can’t call anybody!!! The morning shift staff was nice but when we came ti check in at 3 pm the staff didn’t even bother to help with luggage to be taken by staff or him to the room which is the most basic thing to do at any hotel
