Arrivato per il check in neanche un accenno di sorriso e di benvenuto dai receptionist. Ho chiesto una camera tranquilla perché ho il sonno leggero e mi è stata data una stanza vicino all ascensore che era difronte una porta che separava l ascensore dal corridoio delle camere (quella porta veniva aperta e sbattuta in continuazione), il giorno seguente ho richiesto un altra camera alla reception molto piu professionale e sorridente. Colazione abbondante ma senza opzioni calde ( bacon, uova sbattutte o omelette).
Doccia in camera e non separata dal bagno (la prima camera non disponeva di una tenda per dividere la parte del letto con quella del bagno mentre la seconda camera si).

Hatten die die Suite 632 mit tollem und freien Blick auf das Zentrum von Frankfurt - wow! Viel Platz, 2 Bäder

Cons:

Die Konferenz-Suite war klinisch rein, nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser, aber Nespresso.
Der Wintergarten lässt sich nur teilweise abschalten, dürfte Problem im Sommer sein, war bereits im Juni bei bedecktem Himmel grenzwertig. Klimaanlage im Schlafraum aber leistungsstark.

Верните тапочки и смотрите за наполнением дозаторов с мылом или хотя бы пишите честно что это в стоимость номера не вход

Достаточно удобное местоположение.

Cons:

Нет тапочек, не заполнены дозаторы с моющими средствами. Очень скудный завтрак. Нет даже 1 вида каши и яичницы. Для нахождения с ребенком не лучший вариант. Для взрослых нормально.
