Frühstück war OK Zimmer sehr mittelmässig.

Cons:

Eine unpersönliche und abgewirtschaftete Lobby.Parksituation gruselig.Lage furchtbar.Preis entschieden zu hoch für diese Bude!

Καθαρό και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο σε αρκετά καλή και κεντρική τοποθεσία.

Cons:

Την πρώτη ημέρα δεν λειτουργούσε η θέρμαση και το δωμάτιο ήταν παγωμένο. Η θερμοκρασία στην πόλη ήταν 3-4 βαθμοί. Ενημερώσαμε την reception και μας είπαν ότι ο συντηρητής απουσίαζε και μόλις τους είπαμε ότι το δωμάτιο είναι παγωμένο και δεν μπορούμε να κοιμηθούμε, μας έφεραν 2 μικρά καλοριφέρ για να ζεστάνουν τον χώρο. Την επόμενη ημέρα την έφτιαξαν την θέρμανση. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ μέτριο με λίγες επιλογές.

Pros:

Nice breakfast and fairly spacious rooms.

Cons:

Some of the staff were really quite rude. Check in took nearly 40 minutes, and it was not a one off given what I saw afterwards. I think there is poor management after Flemings has been bought out, and some of the staff need training in how to treat guests with respects rather than contempt.

During my stay, I experienced several serious issues with the room.
The coffee machine in the room was not working. Although I reported the problem and requested that a new machine be brought to the room, it was not replaced for three days.
In addition, the internet connection quality was very poor.
There was also a damaged chair placed in the room. As a result of its condition, I got a splinter in my hand. This was not only uncomfortable but also a safety concern.
Overall, these issues negatively affected my stay and did not meet the expected standards.

Gutes Hotel in günstiger Lage
Pros:

Sehr kurzfristig gebucht zu sehr gutem Preis. Günstige Lage direkt gegenüber dem Hospital zum Heiligen Geist unmittelbar an der Straßenbahnhaltstelle. Im Null-komma-nix im Stadtzentrum. Gute ÖPNV-Verbindung mit nur 1 mal Umsteigen auch zum Flughafen. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Später Check out.
