Absolument tout!
Absolument rien!
Great location and usually a very high level boutique experience.
The entrance was under renovation and caused it to be quite unpleasant in the lobby area
Alles, besonders die Lage
nichts
My wife and I had a lovely stay at Bryant Park Hotel. The location is ideal, close to attractions, but in a less busy area. We attended a Broadway show, which was in walking distance and also dinner at a nearby restaurant. Our room was newly renovated and exceptional in every way. Service was impeccable, especially the front desk. Elevators are fast and coffee and breakfast treats well-positioned in the lobby. We highly recommend this hotel.
We had a great experience at the screening room. Everyone was lovely. The seats were extremely comfortable and the entire movie experience was incredible. Highly recommend.
Staff was very accommodating and nice. Property was clean and so close to everything
It was under construction
2nd trip within a month not Bruce but jbjovi this time we spent 3 nights not at the fairmont thankfully but millennium premiere, hotels location Wes excellent the accommodation excellent our only gripe which we found out on our return was the hidden charges be careful and ask , we took our 3 kids to the empire, statue of liberty, ground zero, Central Park really busy few days but a great experience every one enjoyed it .
Perfect location and outstanding staff
Under renovations which will be great but the lobby is non existent
I had a wonderful stay at the Bryant Park Hotel. After a rough red eye, Jo at the front desk went out of her way to find a room for an early check-in so I could grab a few hours of sleep before an important meeting. Her simple act of kindness made a big difference.
From the moment I arrived, Jo made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for, even surprising me with an extra drink ticket. It’s the kind of thoughtful hospitality that turns a great hotel into a memorable one.
I can’t wait to stay at the Bryant Park Hotel again the next time I’m in New York. I couldn’t recommend Jo and BPH more highly.
Our immediate family and relatives recently stayed at the Bryant Park Hotel as we celebrated our son’s New York City, weekend wedding celebration. From the moment we began planning our stay, Matt Plathak, Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing, served as an exceptional point of contact. He guided us seamlessly through every aspect of the process — from wedding block coordination and registration to room accommodations and hospitality services. His professional manner and eagerness to help were incredibly supportive.
We are truly grateful for the care and attention the entire staff showed our family during such a meaningful, celebratory weekend experience we will remember with joy for years to come.
Fantastic hotel! We had a large group of colleagues working in NY for three weeks, and we stayed at The Bryant Park Hotel for the duration while we worked a block away in an office on 5th Ave. and 42nd St. It was during the FIFA World Cup and the Knicks in the NBA Finals, including their win. Through all of that, and the many, many individual requests from our 20+ colleagues, the hotel staff did not bat an eye and did an amazing job taking care of all of us. All while their lobby was being remodeled. It was such a pleasure dealing with any member of their staff. On top of that, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, not to mention classy. I plan to stay here on future visits to Midtown Manhattan whether business or pleasure. They have a very beautiful lounge with an ambience that is both intimate and relaxing. Great drinks and service. Also, there is the awesome Bryant Park across the street to sit and enjoy or just walk through, and plenty of shops, restaurants, bakeries, and people watching in the immediate area. The leadership of Matt and Siobhán are the very reason this hotel is one of the very best!
The location is excellent, right across from Bryant park and close to the major subways to include the green and red lines. The hotel upgraded us to a beautiful room with the largest bathroom I've ever seen and the view of the park was stunning. The room was on a renovated floor so the furnishings were new and clean and bright. The windows were thick enough to drown out the street noise. The coffee bar is right at the opening of the elevator so you can easily get it and head back to your room in the morning. The staff was incredibly polite, efficient, accommodating and professional. The staff attitude made up for the lobby renovations going on. We had to leave a day earlier and the hotel didn't charge us for an extra night. Amazing customer service.
