Hopelijk komen we hier ooit teug!
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid, de relexedheid, alles was schoon en fris, het voelde als thuis. Midden in het centrum, we zaten overal op loopafstand. Wat een top hotel!

It was excellent from start to finish.
Pros:

The staff was lovely and very helpful. Everything was clean and modern. I loved that they had coffee out in the morning and muffins each day. And that little area was kept so clean and they kept restocking all. It was a wonderful hotel.

La posizione è perfetta per visitare Uptown.

Cons:

La camera era abbastanza bella ma mancavano alcuni dettagli per godersela appieno... Il sistema di climatizzazione emette un rumore che se non fosse stato per la stanchezza del viaggio non saremmo mai riusciti a dormire... Le lenzuola erano bucate e avremmo gradito delle ciabattine usa e getta per stare in stanza. La stanza affacciava in un vicolo laterale molto buio. Sebbene l'edificio sia molto bello, con le impalcature da l'impressione di essere un po' decadente e in generale l'ingresso, complice anche il forte odore di sterco nelle immediate vicinanze dell'hotel, non è stato molto apprezzato.

Fantastic location / Lovely staff / Great views over Bryant Park
Pros:

This was our second stay at the hotel. Love the location across from Bryant Park and for getting to all the tourist attractions (subway close by). The corner room had been refurbished and looked amazing, very comfortable and clean. Room lighting given a lot of thought and two bedroom seats were so comfy. Bathroom spacious / good shower. Staff always so friendly and helpful. Plenty of excellent cafes / restaurants on this street. We look forward to staying here again especially after the renovations have been completed.

Cons:

Still construction going on and we only had breakfast there on our first morning as there was too much drilling noise. We complained and they did take this off our bill and gave us a bottle of fizz / box of chocolates as an apology which we accepted. The construction is due to finish in a few months.

Pros:

What a great experience we had staying here. Check-in was seamless. Both Patrick and Jo at the front desk were so pleasant. As well the doormen! Coming and going with a greeting and well wishes was so nice! As for our room... newly done and immaculate (!) spacious, comfortable bed/bedding, huge bathroom, and the view! Our corner room looked upon the park and west up the avenue. Just beautiful. With a lounge, a restaurant, not to mention the location, and the courteous staff, all make this a hotel we will be coming back to whenever we're in NYC. Thank you, Bryant Park Hotel for a lovely visit!!

Bubbly on ice and a balloon for my husband’s birthday , when we went to our room .. Park view ..upgraded without even asking for ..
Absolutely an unforgettable stay ..
