I would recommend Holiday inn Liverpool to friends and family.
Pros:

Craig at reception was very professional. I had to go back to reception ti buy a toothbrush and he remembered my first name. Excellent customer service for customer recognition.

Cons:

The only little thing was that my daughter and I couldn’t find an easy way out of the car park at gone 2230 and the only way we could find was very dark and lonely. However, I realise this isn’t the hotels fault as the car park isn’t part of holiday inn.

Pros:

I couldn't fault it - excellent location, helpful staff (early check-in was an unexpected bonus and much appreciated). Room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay again.

Cons:

The only fault I can think of is the pillows were too hard for my liking.

Brilliant, will be back, staff made the stay !
Pros:

All the reception staff exceptional, helpful, friendly ..can not fault . Lovely chamber maid ; Georgia ... our room so immaculate, she should be commended for her attention to detail . Breakfast perfect and black pudding a big hit, not always available in hotels anymore - meat quality good for sausages and bacon too. Excellent location, could not have been better for money . Great view over city.

Brilliant staff and location
Pros:

Expectations for this overnight stay were no high with it being a chain hotel however the warm welcome was just the beginning of a lovely experience.
Our room was ready early at 1.30 and the reception staff pointed out the view would be great from the 8th floor and it was!
Very clean, modern fittings and comfortable beds made for a very restful night.
Breakfast was standard fare however tea/coffee arrived in pots to order and willingly topped up. Staff were brilliant especially Kathy, and again the view stunning. We stayed 11/2 hours!
Luggage storage very efficient and the location opposite Lime street station made our stay perfect.

A localização é excelente! Do lado da estação de trem e de um shopping e um centro de compras, com tudo perto e fácil acesso aos principais pontos de interesse da cidade. Além disso, o quarto tinha tudo funcionando muito bem.

Cons:

A limpeza é realizada muito cedo, a moça passou no quarto antes de sairmos, então dissemos que não queríamos a limpeza naquela hora e ela simplesmente não voltou mais, ficou sem limpeza.
Também não gostamos do café servido no breakfest, parecia um chá bem ruim, sem nenhum sabor mínimo de café.
