Very good
Pros:

The hotel is opposite Lime Street Train station. It is exceptionally clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was a buffet and they had a lot of choice. I wish they would have had vegetarian or vegan sausages, but they had lots of other things to choose. All was fresh and hot.
It has a Sainsbury's Local right next to it which was convenient and a 5 minute walk from the O2 Academy.

Cons:

One female member of the checking out team was rather surly/rude and should remember that people can hear what she is saying. Not going to name names.

Clean room and comfortable beds, very good breakfast and nice view, good location close to Liverpool one and shops.

Cons:

On arrival there was a smell in the hallway towards the lift of alcohol, but this didn't continue upstairs on the bedroom floor which was good. Rooms clean and tidy in good condition and plenty of towels.

The hotel far exceeded my expectations. Great value
Pros:

Fab location. Right in city centre. Beside busses & trains. We had a great room (suite really) Really comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely fresh food with great choice of menu. Served until 11 at weekend.

Lovely stay as always in lovely Liverpool except for. The rain

Breakfast was quite good for buffet style there was a good choice and bonus it was hot! The staff were all very pleasant and helpful
