Great location.
Hot tub was drained and out of order. Bugs on our bathroom floor in the morning that were coming out of the wall behind the toilet- my toddler found them and was afraid to use the bathroom after that..
Very clean and the room was cozy and comforting. The hotel was well kept and friendly staff. At night the property was quiet.

It exceeded my expectations as a first time stay.
The staff were very good and accommodating. The breakfast was great and the location of the hotel was amazing as we could walk to restaurants for meals.
Whomever did the booking did not accommodate our request the be close to my daughter and grandchildren. The front desk staff rearranged the rooms so we were put right across the hall from the them which we really appreciated. We were assigned our rooms and told they were ready as it was after 4 pm but we ended up waiting in the lobby for half an hour as housekeeping was still cleaning the rooms. The housekeeping staff seemed to be doing their best but maybe short staffed? They apologized and I did feel bad for them as they were working hard. I think they felt rushed so therefore our room was not as clean as expected. All in all I hope that the hotel is able to hire more cleaning staff during the busy times of the year.
Lovely staff
had a huge allergic reaction to your bedding. Went into your hot tub, and than went completely lobster red for a day. Had to get staff to bring new pillows and bedding. And then went okay

It was so run down , smelt musty and was pretty dirty . The pool was so cloudy and brown color , yuck. The breakfast was good.
Clean facility
The A/C was broken, the plug for the tub wouldn’t work to keep water in it.
Loved the breakfast choices. Great coffee and helpful staff. Kids loved the pancakes.
The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The swimming pool was perfect.
