Struttura penosa e fatiscente
Pros:

Buona posizione. Vicino alla metro.
Colazione ottima.

Cons:

Accesso alla camera dal corridoio stretto con moquette puzzolente. Camera molto piccola , che puzzava di scarichi del bagno. Phone non funzionante, legato con lo scotch. Ragnatele sulle finestre!! Pulizia scadente.

Localisation très pratique par rapport à réunion de travail et accès gare, confort de la chambre correct au vu du prix très raisonnable, localisation calme, y compris un soir de match très bruyant, télé OK

Cons:

chambre petite et moyennement climatisée mais en conformité avec attentes au vu du prix très raisonnable. Petit déjeuner limité, mais très correct pour le prix.

Sejour au pied de la tour d'eiffel
Pros:

Emplacement idéal à priximité des commodités,surtout des superettes qui restent ouvertes plus que minuit ainsi que des restaurants.
Une stztion de metro est toute en face!!

Pros:

It’s a nice, clean property in a great location of the city. The staff were all kind and helpful, and I regret to make a negative review, because it in no way reflects the staff.

Cons:

When I arrived in Paris it was around 34 degrees. When we got to our room, it was already warm, and the air conditioning was barely working. By around 4-5am, the air was completely off, and it was impossible to sleep. I called the reception and thankfully they came with a fan which helped me sleep, although it was noisy. The receptionist later told me that they had already had problems with the air conditioning in that room before. I thought that it would be worth double checking the air conditioning on such a hot day before allowing guests to stay there. The room for breakfast was very small and difficult to get around, although this wasn’t a big concern for me. The rooms are compact, but with such a great location in the city it didn’t really matter. My stay would have been great if I didn’t sleep so badly due to the poor air conditioning.

Habitación horriblemente calurosa

Ubicación cerca de la torre Eiffel, el personal muy amable, en la recepción hay una fuente de agua fría gratuita, y te regalan bidones de bicicleta para llenarlos y poder llevártelos mientras visitas la ciudad o haces excursiones.

Cons:

Habitación extremadamente pequeña, la puerta de la habitación golpea en la cama y no se abre por completo, la puerta del baño igual, no se puede abrir, el espacio es muy pequeño. El baño no tiene ventilación, es un horno y se condensa toda la humedad al ducharse. Durante nuestra estancia se estropeo el aire acondicionado del hotel, nos ofrecieron otra habitación en otro hotel, pero estaba muy lejos del centro y perdíamos mucho tiempo para realizar las actividades que teniamos programadas, por lo que nos tuvimos que quedar en el hotel sin aire, horrible!!, parecia que estuviera la calefacción puesta, en plena ola de calor, no arreglaron el aire en todo el fin de semana. Demasiado caro el hotel para lo que ofrecen.

A localização faciliata os deslocamentos, pois está entre duas estações de Metrô da linha 6, todas as duas a menos de 100 metros.

Cons:

O tamanho do box do banheiro. Se você for de estatura média, e pesar de 80 kilosd acima não cabe no box. Parece piada até.
