An excellent experience overall and would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Offered a free room upgrade on arrival which was lovely and appreciated. All facilities were great, clean and comfortable. Food in restaurant was excellent and good value. Had a good nights sleep before our flight home

Cons:

Very minor thing but room was a little bit cooler than we would like and we had a job to turn up the temperature; we didn't report it to reception because it wasn't that big an issue.....

Cons:

First room I was given smelt really bad like very bad musty smell had to go and buy a bottle of air freshener but when I came back I asked to be moved and was moved to a MUCH nicer room, but the room had No hot water at all over I say I mentioned it to reception and they would compensate me for it and that they would make sure the boost button was on for the next morning, never heard of a hotel having to boost a water heater for someone staying in a hotel to have hot water there should be 24/7 running hot water. My second nights stay was cold water too I had to shower at work due to this. Not heard anything from the hotel since checking out

Pros:

Very comfortable, spacious and quiet rooms. Couldn't be closer to the Terminal building. Good restaurant and bar area - perfect for relaxing prior to an early morning flight.

Cons:

Although very comfortable, a stay at the Maldron is expensive - even without breakfast. However, as there is absolutely no competition within the airport, this is only to be expected.

Great place for a days work
Pros:

Great stay working in the bar area today and was really well looked after by Betty & Katie all day. They couldn’t do enough for me and my colleague and were really friendly throughout. Highly recommended if you’re here for work and want somewhere comfy, quiet with great food and service.

Pros:

A convenient location if you have an early morning flight to catch. In just 3 minutes you reach the departure hall on foot.
Clean rooms. Coffee, tea, water available in the rooms. Nice staff at the reception and the bar.
M&S Simply Food just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Cons:

Spring mattresses are uncomfortable. Beds are narrow.
No toilet brush... 🤷‍♂️
