Perfectly good stop by the airport
Pros:

Really well positioned for the airport (a very short walk).

All as expected. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

A little frustrated that due to a flight delay we'd missed the kitchen by a few minutes. By my watch I thought we'd just got there in time. Then had to wait an age for room service. Not really the hotel's fault but felt they could have been more flexible

Great location and room. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Additional item ordered during check-in wasn't delivered. Also, booking.com wasn't entirely clear if breakfast was included or not.

It was OK, I wouldn't stay here again by choice
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, the food was nice and the staff were very accommodating.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable for me, the hotel was noisy (guests rather than planes) and the carpets were stained. Very expensive for what it is.

Pros:

Clean & food was good. Girls in resturant were lovely& very helpful

Cons:

They charged me twice for the room. Even though i told guy at reception i had already paid through booking.com. I showed him transaction on my phone but still asked me to pay.
