Pros:

Great location off highway, comfortable, clean. Staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast with nice choices both hot items as well as fruit and yogurt,etc. Good value overall.

The location was great. The bed was comfy and the whirlpool tub waa great.

Our room was located to close to the highway. We heard the traffic constantly. Everything else was great😊

Would definitely recommend
Pros:

Stopped for the night on our way home from vacation. Weather was getting bad so just picked a hotel. Glad we chose this one. Hotel was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Young girl at front desk at checkin was very nice, friendly and helpful. It was late and we were hungry. Asked for recommendation for dinner and she recommended Fabio’s less than 5 minutes away. Absolutely recommended. Food was amazing and home made rolls.

Pros:

The room was large, like the idea that it had a small living room with a sofa and table with two chairs. The room is very clean. Was surprised after a day out when we came back, housekeeping was in and made the beds, and there were fresh towels. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Beds are truly double beds; it would have been nice if they were queens. Breakfast was ok, normal hotel, but they did not have bagels, had a yogurt machine which had plain yogurt but nothing to put in it. Sunday morning, they had no orange juice, only choice of juice was apple.

Clean, convenient location and very comfortable. Totally worth the price

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was they had turkey bacon for breakfast instead of regular bacon. Boo, but the rest of the breakfast was good

Difficult late night check-in.
Pros:

It was available and had a room big enough for my family of 5.

Cons:

We did a late night check-in and it took 3 tries to get a room that was available. The first room was dirty and had unmade beds, the 2nd attempt didn’t have the key work, and the third attempt was ok. The check-in process took 45 minutes. It is a long time when you have had delayed flights and had to drive a few hours to get there. The goal was to get closer to home and sleep a few hours to go the rest of the distance. We lost a lot of time waiting.

This has been my getaway spot for years. My fiancée and i loved our little getaway.
Pros:

Love the pool and the whirlpool in our room. Bed was comfortable and huge tv. breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

Honestly nothing. it was all good. this has been my go to hotel for years. and it will always be.

Front desk service.
Pros:

I'm usually not one to leave a review,good or bad but I feel it's needed. I recently stayed at the BW Grantville and was greeted by Raffy(front desk) and felt he was very welcoming. The next morning I needed to wash clothes do to traveling. When I realized the dryer was having an issue due to the second time running it on high and still being soaking wet, I contact the front desk. When I called the front desk Raffi was again on call to take care of me and after letting him know that I was having issues with the dryer it became very aware that it was a recent issue that they have not yet known it was a problem. Raffy let me know that his staff would take care of it and if I needed anything, at that point I made a decision to try to stay another night due to traveling conflicts and thought I would take a chance at staying here even though I had my clothes laid out all over the room but it's up to dry them. Raffy was very sincere trying to help in any way he could and was very helpful and very accommodating when booking second night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place and if on duty speak to this young man Raffy dude to his professionalism and just overall vibe. Good job BW you got a good one there.
