Right off Highway!!

The girl at the front very rude. Not even a hello I had to repeat my last name three times as she said what every time.. towels look like they were dried being hung up and not even washed . shower not very clean. Never mind the beds, absolutely uncomfortable and horrific. I wish we could go back to American owned hotels, motels, and inns when the people actually cared about the customers. Most of these motels nowadays are just housing for all foreigners on government handouts.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is okay, but it could be improved by offering more options, especially cereals or items for kids.

Cons:

Our room was located right in front of the highway, and it was extremely loud. It seemed like the window had a gap or hole, so it didn’t insulate the noise properly at all.
We asked to change rooms, but the front desk was not helpful. They told us we would have to wait until after housekeeping finished, and later said the hotel was fully booked.
Since we stayed for two nights, we expected a much better effort to accommodate us or at least offer a solution.
