We really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful, surrounded by lush vegetation and lovely gardens, and we especially liked the pool and hot tub area, although unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy them.
We traveled with our little dog, Maca, and everything was very pet-friendly and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good and a nice plus. We definitely want to come back and stay a few more days next time!
The only minor inconvenience was the Wi-Fi. We had to log in again quite frequently instead of reconnecting automatically. Other than that, we had a great experience.

The rooms where very clean, and very nice. The staff was very friendly,and very helpful. Location was perfect. Didn't have to travel far for fun or food!! I highly recommend Best Western plus!!!
From friendly staff at check in, great location to Beach, Shopping and Restaurants! Valerie did a Great job at Best Western Plus..for the Breakfast Buffet, I definitely made a new friend & look forward to seeing her on our next stays. Leanne, Manager of Houskeeping, was on top of it, and Kathy, mainly took care of our room and needs. We left, considering them, ( & all we met) as friends to see again ! The Pool was Beautiful and well maintained, daily. Mark & I loved our week there and can't wait to reckoned it to our friends looking for The PERFECT PLACE TO STAY ! Keep up, what you're doing & hope to see YOU ALL AGAIN SOON !
The bathroom door should have a latch to help keep it closed ! We'd liked to have a small table..rainy day or evening, to play cards, the frig door opened on wrong side, & could be bigger, if possible.

Falta de mantenimiento en el exterior del hotel y la bañera de la habitación muy vieja .todos los hotel tienen los amenites del baño para rellenar y este unos pomitos demasiado pequeños. Si mejoran esto tendrían 10 de 10

Very well run hotel. Clean, quiet, no surprises.
The pictures don't lie. The place is beautiful and the room was very good, the bedding and towels was upscale and the room was very clean 👌. The staff was very nice and made my stay the best, they realy made me feel like I was very important to them and not treated like anything less. The braekfast is fresh.
