Absolutely everything, everything was clean and Absolutely beautiful.

Great decor. Friendly staff. The king suite was spacious and comfortable. The bottom floor rooms in front of the pool are noisy innthe morning. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast bar is good, but the cereal choices are very limited. 24 hr coffee is amazing! Fast free wifi! It is central on SSI and close to everything. I feel I got my money's worth.

Every employee at the Best Western hotel on St. Simons Island was friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. It's becoming rare to find hotels that still offer complimentary breakfast, so the delicious breakfast served each morning was a wonderful and welcome surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again!

Outstanding experience overall. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We showed up with a kids baseball team and they handled it so well. We loved the pool, kids had so much fun.

Management turnover. Parking lot was filthy. Pool area was filthy The pool water looked murky. Was told that the pool service was only Wednesday and Friday or 2 days a week. Also lost us as a customer. We had been going there for 4 years and because we were concerned about the property. New manager told us that we would have to find other accommodations that she canceled our next visit Labor Day weekend. And also my friends that had reservations as well that weekend. And also the breakfast was minimal and she was acting as the cook and the manager. We have found other accommodations and hopefully the hotel will withstand the customers opinions and their concern as well. I think it was a poor pissed decision to cancel us out. But that’s ok. It will be ok. We were only voicing our opinion because we noticed something was not right as we pulled into parking lot. If the property is not kept up. Best Western will lose a lot of customers. It will become run down and look like a dump. That’s my personal opinion. Apparently the new manager does not like constructive criticism. Thank u and have a great day!!!!!

We were there for the celebration of life for my Boss . It was also mine and my wifes 40th anniversary celebration and She loved and enjoyed the hot tub and the pool as well. The girl working the desk when we checked on friday evening was awesome.

We have been staying at this Best Western for 10 years, and we love it! The staff are always great and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. We have been in many of the rooms and love them all. The pool area is peaceful and beautiful!!! It takes less than five minutes to drive to town!!! Love Love

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They changed the towels and trash daily, unless you had the privacy sign on the door.

Very clean and the staff is excellent

Clean rooms , excellent customer service, quiet pool area, centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and public beach. Stephanie helped us add an extra night last minute due to an early arrival.

Everything was absolutely perfect !! Very clean and excellent staff. This was our first stay here and we will definitely be back !!
