Convenient location but lack luster rooms.

The staff was friendly! Super helpful with my issues!

Cons:

Our original room has an entry light out. No big deal. Further into the night I found bugs in the room, black mold in the bathroom, the shower stopper completely broke and was moldy. There was also hair in the shower. The next morning we went down for breakfast. I went to use the lobby bathroom and neither stall was even usable. It was disgusting.

1000% not worth what I paid for the weekend

The location of the hotel clos proximity to ball fields

Cons:

The bathroom the shower was locked couldn't switch from shower to basic bath hotel was run down need paint and some upgrades also you have to go up to front desk to ask for a coffee maker to put in your room breakfast could have been better not much to pick from

I will never stay there again.
Cons:

The actual building was settling. Our kingsize bed was tilted towards the headboard. You felt your lungs and intestines were in your throat when lying down. At first we thought the legs on the bed had been sawed off at one end.
The shower water ran toward the slope and ran down around the commode. It was obvious the floor of the whole room was sloping badly.

Toilet seat was broken, shower door was broken. TV remote did not work even after we got it replaced. Cracks in the ceiling, dirty bathroom where some things weren't cleaned correctly. For what I $486 for one night i expected a better room than what I had. Staff was nice and friendly but it definitely was not worth the price they charged for one night. Had a previous IHG hotel booked for holiday inn for a way lower rate and something was wrong with my reservation so at the last minute I booked this hotel. Which is also a holiday Inn.
