Room was clean and comfortable, washroom area was a bit small-ish though. Free breakfast was grab and go type. Upon arrival, host was helpful. Hotel was a great location for us as a quick exit from interstate.
Breakfast was super basic and bland
I paid over $100 for a one night stay, beds and pillows were horrible, room had a horrible smell to it, hasn't been remodeled in years. Tv quality was beyond horrible. Very run down hotel that is worth $60 a night in my opinion. I could have paid couple extra dollars more to stay across the street with new updated furniture and appliances. Just overall a terrible hotel

The property is very run down with dirt caked in the corners of the bathroom. The shelf in the room wasn’t bolted to the wall and fell.
No extra towels available because they weren’t finished washing/drying them in a timely manner.
The waffle maker in the breakfast room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was grease all over it.
My room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The whirlpool tub was nice. And when I realized I had left toothbrush and toothpaste behind, the hotel had some for me. The staff were also very nice and helpful. I would consider staying here again.
The grounds were unkept and dirty. The initial presentation is one of neglect. The room had an odd smell when first entered. The lighting is poor. The USB ports in the room are outdated enough to be nonfunctional for current hardware needs. The hot tub was nonfunctional. That should have been noted on the website or reservation site since it is one of the reasons I chose the hotel in the first place. The breakfast was ordinary, all carbs and no functional proteins. The coffee urn was empty when I got there and was not refilled while I was there for breakfast.
Admittedly these are all minor and preferential but they add up to a real sense of mediocrity rather than the pursuit of excellence I have encountered at other Americinn facilities in Northeast MN.

The toilet wasn’t bolted down and work move when you sat on it. And parking was difficult with all of the trailers taking 4-14 spots

It was dirty. Razor on the floor, hair on toilets, handprints on mirrors, musty smelling, overall unclean.

The whirlpool was not available, not noted online. The room and bathroom were dirty so we told the clerk to cancel our room, we did not stay there.

Cleanliness Window falling out, TV didn’t work, phone was broke, room was dirty. The carpet coming up to the room was dirty. people smoking marijuana in front. of the hotel. The worst place I ever stayed. I don’t know why we didn’t leave. I would not recommend this place at all. Management needs to get on top of it!
