Lovely spacious rooms, clean and well appointed, friendly staff available, in beautiful old Canberra landmark building.
Pros:

Spacious rooms, everything you need, big windows and lovely light.
Right in the city just next to light rail and buses to everywhere, and around the corner from theatre and arts centre. A food market a short walk away.
Quiet part of the city. Big trees, birds.

Cons:

A bit noisy when I had the balcony door open, as my room was near a large bit of noisy roof machinery. It went off at 10.00 pm.
Windows didn’t open, if there was no balcony, I’d have felt less happy.
The bed was too hard for me, but might suit some people.

Overall a very unpleasant experience.
Pros:

The location is excellent.

Cons:

The room we were allocated was situated over a pub and on the Saturday night the loud music was very disturbing. The bathrooms are dated with a shower over the batch (contrary to the photos on the Booking.com website). Bathroom fittings were loose and sink was very badly crazed. The carpet was badly stained.

The check in was simple and managed well . Pranita, Sayed and Uddhav at the reception were really helpful with any queries or directions. They even helped accommodate an early one day prior checkout

Cons:

The cleaning staff leaves by 2-3 pm and we need to ensure the rooms are cleaned before that . If you miss out then no cleaning service is available that day

Super für einen Städtetrip.
Pros:

Das Appartement war riesig inklusive großer Balkon. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer super.

Cons:

Die Lüftung im Bad hat leider nicht funktioniert. Am Wochenende war es sehr laut, da darunter eine Kneipe ist.
