Excellent Location
Pros:

We recently spent 2 nights at Quest Canberra, choosing this hotel based on location to all the tourist attractions of Canberra. It was excellent value for money for the 2-bedroom apartment with such close proximity to an array of restaurants and walking distance to shops and bars. With parking out, the back it made getting out and about in Canberra easy. There is work being done on a new tramline adjacent to this hotel, but this didn't impact our stay. Would stay here again.

Never again at quest sadly
Pros:

Great location, everytime I been Canberra I stay here but never again!! Next morning I had bed bug bites all over my stomach and shoulder. Cups were filthy dirty still.

Service is good.
Noise during the midnight was terrible. I and my mother Can’t sleep. I made a call to government, I believe the noise was the light rail construction stage 2A. After my call 10 min later, around 12:50 noise stopped. If the light rail construction continue couple years, hotel management team need take action like seal the window or release the information before customer check in. I understand hotel can’t control street.

Fantastic place to stay with friendly, helpful, warm welcoming staff.
Pros:

The staff on site were so lovely and welcoming. The room was big, clean and had everything I needed like iron, ironing board, plug sockets in numerous places, spacious bathroom, kitchen facilities. It was was a great place to stay and should I visit Canberra again I will certainly be back.

Cons:

The free wi-fi was slow in my room. It wasn't a big problem for me as I could use my mobile data but for other travellers it could be an issue.

Central location with ready access to restaurants. Excellent service from warm welcoming staff.
Pros:

Central location close to an array of restaurants with comfortable well appointed rooms. Warm friendly staff with special thanks to Syed who was outstanding in extending hospitality to guests and was extremely helpful throughout. Excellent and highly recommended! Thank you!

Had an amazing experience there. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Special thanks to Syed for his outstanding hospitality and hard work .he truly made our experience even better. Highly recommended

Very comfy bed. Room was very clean and fresh. Everything.

Cons:

The shower took sometime to warm up then the temperature was inconsistent throughout the shower.

Great location if you're arriving by coach and close to numerous restaurants, bars, pubs etc. The price was very reasonable, especially for Australia.
