On arrival felt like coming home. Staff are wonderful and everything so familiar.
Pros:

Has Balinese low rise feel. Gardens fabulous and good facilites although are somewhat tired now.

Cons:

Definitely needs renovating of many rooms. Over the years have stayed in all types of rooms at Mercure mainly the Executive type and need a refresh.

Enjoyable relaxing stay.
Pros:

Had a fabulous massage at their spa. Plenty of sun lounges in the shade.

Cons:

There were lots of people in the main pool so the water wasn’t very clear by the afternoon.

Lovely location, peaceful, lush green surroundings and very friendly staff.
Pros:

Situated right at the end of the boardwalk away from the crowds. Beautiful gardens, spacious and so very peaceful.

Cons:

The room was a bit dated and because of that the bathroom needed a bit more attention and scrubbing.

If you can afford more stay somewhere else.
Pros:

The staff were very good. Having a warm pool. Spread out through garden.

Cons:

It needs TLC. Very old and tired. Our first room was awful. We upgraded to an executive room which was spacious. The gardens particularly the lawns were dying for a drink of water. Parts need to be bulldozed.

The staff were great
Pros:

The staff were great and they had a clinic within the resort which I had to use, good restaurants around the location.

Cons:

The beds were hard and the sound proofing is poor so very noisy when trying to sleep.
A lot of families with children who dominated the pool.

A pleasure to stay and will return
Pros:

Everything was excellent. Comfortable, clean and a great location. Breakfast was an interesting blend of Asian and European . Plenty of options and pork bacon was available on asking.

Cons:

The sun-beds around the pool need monitoring as many were unattended but had towels and books on them for hours. Luckily you have two pools to choose from and the beach has plenty of sunbeds too. It’s just a selfish culture that needs to be addressed as it is in other hotels I’ve stayed in. No one there for an hour and towels are removed.

Pros:

Strand und Fühstück waren top der pool war auch ok Leider haben wir das Programm des Hotels nicht nutzen können dafür war unser Aufenthalt zu kurz die Lage war auch top im Meer waren wir leider nie

Sauberkeit im Zimmer es hat etwas modrig gerochen was aber bei dem Klima fast normal ist

La position de l'hotel. Le petit déjeuner

Cons:

L'hotel est vraiment vieillot, les salles de bains pas terribles. Le pemier jour, nous avons attendu 45 minutes au restaurant avant qu'arrive un plat sur les deux commandés. Le personnel court dans tous les sens avec des plats sans savoir à quelle table ils vont, désorganisation totale.
