The dark look
Clean
The staff was excellent to work with, I had an issue when booking and they were very helpful and understanding and worked with me to get me into the room. Many Many Kudos!
I did think it had an odd odor in the halls and rooms.
Gentleman at front desk with check in was very nice. Quite place. Felt safe
The room was very musty smelling. I wonder if the a/c filter needed to be cleaned or what.
Breakfast was ok but there were not enough eggs or sausage for the 4 people that wanted some. Nobody around to check on food levels. The oj was empty. Disappointed that no one at front desk the whole time we were sitting to eat breakfast to tell them more food was needed.

That front desk gentleman was amazing 👏 He even pulled a extra shift and I thought is was quite impressive.
The gentleman doing breakfast came right out with more food when needed and even served the dishes to my son's! It was amazing service in a quiet place
Everything was great .
The building and rooms were clean, good location and the staff was kind. Nice big ice machine we used for coolers and ice bags.
The only negative was that the room smelled musty and no vents in bathroom, so everything had a dampness to it at times.
It was good location it had a okay breakfast and the room was fairly comfortable mistake I made was I did not pay attention and reserved a handicap room without realizing it
Pool had heavy chlorine as well as hot tub sauna did not work the shower in our room had a lot of mildew and was not clean properly that would be my biggest complaint

Wish the pool was open longer. There for state baseball, it closed at 9. And we didn't get back until 8:45, so the boys couldn't swim.
It was clean and wonderfully quiet!
More attention could be paid to breakfast service with a bit more variety of options. The coffee had run out when I came to get a cup and I was told it was out without an offer to make more. Not a big deal but a nicety I would have expected.
Hot tub wa good
The room was exceptional. Large, clean and having 2 sinks in separate rooms was definitely a plus. We were upgraded to a room with a hot tub at no extra charge as well. Location was quiet and employees were very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend.
