Peermont Metcourt Suites

Had booked to stay at metcourt suites only to be put in a different hotel

It was a very comfortable, clean and modern room (we stayed at the Metcourt Suites). I liked that there was a desk to work at, and enough light and plugs. The breakfast was very good. I highly recommend Peermont Metcourt for conferences and business travel.

Checkin took too long as they couldn’t find my booking desspite of it being paid in full. No porter to help with luggage, no tissues and no water to drink.

Very quiet rooms. Rooms are clean. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Close to the International airport also, so great for airline connections.

It is not acceptable that prostitutes is allowed to hang around the lobby area and bothering guest. Will never stay at this hotel again

Overall the facilities in the complex were good with lots of options for food etc. The rooms are adequate, although could do with updating. Getting bottled water was difficult and the tap water didn't taste great. Floor in room could have done with a wash too.

Very good location at airport and close to shops n restaurants

Was put in a room with 2 small single beds designed for children. Worst shower in any hotel ever stayed in. Included Breakfast is strictly Halal with no bacon or pork sausage options.

This hotel is loud, dark and old. Room 119 door lock mostly didn’t work, shower was pitiful and the adjacent party hall and restaurant made it a terrible choice.

The room was nice. I enjoyed the many food courts on the property , so many choices. One can never get bored. The free shuttle was also a plus

The badroom smells tabaco. Nothing else to add. Love the restaurants

I recently stayed at the Peermont Metcourt Suites as part of a conference I attended inside the Emperor s Palace Conference Center. I was very pleasantly surprised by the modern and very comfortable accommodations. The room was very spacious, the bed super comfortable and the wifi was very good. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the staff very pleasant. I would highly recommend the Metcourt Suites over the Metcourt Hotel next door which was clearly less luxurious and comfortable. The only slight negative was the workout /fitness center was in the Metcourt Hotel next door and it was very small and had very few pieces of equipment. The treadmills worked fine however.

Be very careful in shower, water gets extremely hot sporadically and burns you. Not very clean, dark hair throughout the sink. Good tv channels, and fantastic breakfast across at other section of Metcourt. Reception need more training. Free shuttle to airport is convenient but more than 20mins wait so plan ahead. There was a function on in one of the conference rooms, music was a bit noisy. Casino is good, cheap drinks & food court is good

Nice hotel, conveniently located close to OR Tambo with a free shuttle service. Aircon in room needs a service as it wasnt performing optimally even on coldest setting. All over good value for money

Terrible. Aircon did not work. No usb. Us equivalent - Red Roof Inn

Great comfortable stay with loads of entertainment and restaurants to choose from.

3 night stay but really enjoyed the food, entertainment everything at Emperors palace

As we arrived late, we as a family with an infant request the complimentary Shuttle from Airport to Hotel. The Shuttle arrived at the Airport with noisy drunk people on board witch accompanied us to the Hotel. The Hotel is OK except the toilet did not work.

The staff were exceptionally helpful
