A last minute family trip
Pros:

We had a great experience staying here. The gentleman at the front desk, Shahzaib, was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hot tub at the end of a cold winter’s day was especially beneficial.

Cons:

Air conditioner was broke. It was a very hot day. Told staff and then left for a concert, but was never fixed upon our return. Unable to sleep due to heat. Disappointed.

Was not notified about the renovations on property. Upon arrival I called the number on the door to check in for 20 min until someone finally answered. Associate said they were outside.

The location was great. Close to anything I needed. New room and comfortable.

Renovations. Kids were looking forward to making breakfast and using the indoor pool. The messiness of the lobby area during renovations.
