Some good; Some concerns
Pros:

Diffficult to award stars based on some of the concerns encountered. On the positive the front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The public areas give a feeling of cleanliness as do the rooms. Proeprty has been newly renovated. Beds are comfortable. Parking is adequate and location is off the main road. But then the concerns. Booked a reservation for a king room with sofa only to learn that the room, as it appears on their website, is located only on the 4th floor. There are only two rooms of this configuration and amenities. Upon entering the room, you find yourself in the bathroom housing the vanity/sink! It seems, after seeing other rooms, all open into the bathroom. The available very tiny kitchenette is equipped with a small refrigerator, sink, and two burner stove. Plan on using the stove only if you bring your own pots and don't forget utensils, detergent, a dish cloth, and towel if planning to wash soiled items. The cabinets are empty. Unfortunately none of this is delineated. These rooms come with a sofa unlike other advertised "king with sofa"; basically a chaise lounge tucked into a corner. The breakfast serving area is small and congested. The "bean to cup" coffee might be a nice idea and the coffee might taste better but the line waiting for a morning cup moves slowly unlike when carafes are available. On the plus the offerings are satisfactory albeit somewhat minimalistic.

Helpful staff
Pros:

The front desk and breakfast staff went above and beyond to help us. The breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, pancake making machine, cinnamon rolls, fruit, cereal, yogurt, breads, juice and coffee. They keep the breakfast available for 15-20 min. past the 9am or 10am "closing" time, which was helpful. The room is good, too. Convenient to I-495.

It was clean

Cons:

Front desk person spent 20 minutes looking for my room…called manager and they found it in 1 min…it is a new hotel so maybe they just need more training. Fridge was not plugged in (I had to do it). Bed was not comfortable. No towel hook/rack within 10 feet of shower
