I would confirm they have the disability room that I reserved if we stay there again. Otherwise very nice hotel
Pros:

Very friendly staff

Cons:

I had reserved a disability room but was given a handicap room. My husband needed a disability shower but they did give us a shower chair which did help.

Excellent customer service, room, and stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the location was easy to navigate to get back on I-40 to continue my cross-country trip.

Cons:

It was an overall good experience. Checking in and out was quick, easy, and convenient. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. The breakfast and hot coffee were delicious and great for the start of a long day of traveling.

Overall good, but pool disappointing.
Pros:

Everything was a good experience other than the pool.

Cons:

The pool was murky and dirty. I booked the hotel due to it having a pool and having my grandkids with me. They were excited about going to pool and when we got there the water in the pool was murky and dirty. We were all disappointed.

Just what you expect from Holiday Inn Express
Pros:

The property was comfortable and well appointed. We felt we found value for our bucks

Cons:

A lot of road construction on the main artery to the hotel raised anxiety levels. That will be solved when the construction comes to an end
