Nothing. They told me they had no hot water and would fully refund the room if I had cancelled. I cancelled, submitted the request for the refund, and the hotel manager never responded.
Lack of response from the manager to refund me after stating that they would.
I already booked the hotel then got there with my family to find out they have no hot water......Then they wouldnt refund my casapp amount and still havent....
I enjoyed my entire stay at this location friendly staff very clean and quiet

No towels, had to get from front desk. Breakfast was awful
I liked the area the property was located
Gym and pool were closed and bathroom shower backed up while taking a shower.
This was a very standard Holiday Inn express. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious with a good number of outlets for electronics. The room had a refrigerator/freezer and a microwave.
The breakfast was a pretty typical carbohydrate packing experience. They ran out of scrambled eggs and did not refresh them for the time that we were there.
Location to where we needed to go
It took us almost 20 minutes waiting to check in. When we got to our room, both of our comforters were dirty. We asked to swap comforters but was told they were all being "washed". We said that's fine we were going to get something to eat. When we got back, we were only given 1 comforter and they said they had no more. Our key cards stopped working three times. Everytime we went to the desk we had to ring the "doorbell" which is fine, but took forever for someone to come to the desk.

The location of the hotel is great. The bed are so comfortable.
This time we stayed the breakfast wasn't the best. First morning, I found raw biscuits and the sausage links looked inedible. The lid for milk crafe was dirty and smelled awful. Didn't looked too be cleaned for some time.
