Overall we will be back. Just hope the breakfast downfalls improves.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. The bed are so comfortable.

Cons:

This time we stayed the breakfast wasn't the best. First morning, I found raw biscuits and the sausage links looked inedible. The lid for milk crafe was dirty and smelled awful. Didn't looked too be cleaned for some time.

We loved that there was a park next door. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Very very upset that they didn't have listed that the hot tub didn't work... Because this was the seller on why we chose this hotel and it's very unfortunate I spent that much money to get the hotel to not have the hot tub.

A lot of money for less than average room , environment

Breakfast was ok

Cons:

Stayed in same room as a previous stay and the same dirt was in corners of bathroom. Air was very loud. Elevator was filthy.

We love the holiday inn and will be back.
Pros:

The rooms are always clean and staff is amazing.

Cons:

We stay at this hotel several times a year. This time the drain in the bathtub was slow when taking a shower. You were standing in a couple of inches of water the whole time. Breakfast has always been great, but this time the biscuits were raw in the middle couldn't eat them. We went through 4 biscuits before we found one that wasn't raw.

I only booked this room because of the description. It said that it had a hot tub in the room. Pictures showed a hot tub by the bed . We drove an hour to enjoy the hot tub for Sweetest Day. We got to the room and no hot tub. We refused the room and were told that we would be reimbursed.

Pros:

The parking lot was closed. They were paving on a weekend. We had to park at taco bell. The super loud fire alarm went off around 11:30. We evacuated and went to our suv. Two fire trucks came. After about 45 min, we were able to back in with sore ears. I inquired about the alarm at the desk and the guy said, "I don't know".
