I would stay there agsin.
Pros:

The cleanliness of the room and the breakfast was great. Also the lemonade on the table in the lobby.

Not a good stay
Pros:

Coffee machine was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I had to wait at the front desk for over 10 minutes, because nobody was there. The elevators were not working. The first room was not cleaned by housekeeping. The staff had to come to the floor with keys to another room. Because of this, I had to take two double beds from my preferred king bed. Staff was nonchalant about all the issues. The hotel in general was not very clean.

The staff was amazing and my husband said the breakfast was fabulous

Cons:

The bathtub had mold in the corners and the bedspread had stains on it. We had 2 mini fridges. 2nd one was slightly better

Я очень переживала, так как отель оценён в 2 звезды. И была сильно впечатлена номером и сервисом. Если сравнивать с европейскими отелями, то это - уровень на 4 звёзды.

Я бронировала номер с дополнительным пространством. С диваном возле кровати. Чтобы была возможность разложить 3 чемодана. Номер оказался просторным, в нём вполне могла вместиться 2-ая кровать king size.

Интерьер уютный. Кровать удобная. Номер чистый. Уборка и смена белья/полотенец - ежедневная. Персонал - приветливый.

В номере есть мини-холодильник и аппарат для чая/кофе. Завтрак не очень разнообразный, но вкусный (яичница, сосиски, выпечка, йогурты, фрукты). Мне не хватало овощей. Машина для чая/кофе работает круглосуточно на 1 этаже. На каждом этаже есть лёдогенератор.

Вид из окна на парковку и трассу. Лучше просить этаж повыше.

Мне отель понравился. Даю ему 4 звезды вместо 2🤗

Cons:

Очень сильно шумит кондиционер, на ночь его лучше отключать. Нет возможности открыть окно на проветривание. На завтрак просьба добавить овощи🙏
