Il personale non era molto accogliente come d'esempio alla reception neanche salutano ho salutato ben due volte senza avere una risposta quasi quasi si sono sentiti disturbato al contrario al servizio molto attenti e gentili

Ideale Unterkunft für Freiburg-Besuch
Pros:

übernachtet, weil wir eine Veranstaltung im Konzerthaus besucht haben. Das Hotel war dabei ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, weil es eine direkte Straßenbahnverbindung zum Veranstaltungsort gab. So waren wir schnell mitten in der Altstadt, konnten aber trotzdem in einer ruhigen Umgebung schlafen. Für uns hat alles gestimmt. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Besonders möchte ich hervorheben, dass ein von mir im Zimmer vergessener Gegenstand sehr schnell und unkompliziert zu mir nach Hause geschickt wurde. Das hat mich sehr gefreut. Wir werden beim nächsten Freiburgbesuch wieder im Hotel der Stadt Freiburg übernachten.

Für uns ein kurzer aber sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Hotel können wir weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war im siebten Stock, sehr sauber und ruhig. Frühstück hatten wir nicht genommen. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, aber diese ist mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen.
Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant (Außensitzbereich).

Bequeme Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Freiburg
Pros:

Sauberes Zimmer, Bad relativ klein
Aussenrollos und Klimaanlage halten das Zimmer angenehm kühl, auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen .
Große (öffentliche) Tiefgarage mit direktem Hotelzugang.

Cons:

Zimmer tatsächlich erst ab 16 Uhr bezugsfertig

Pros:

Ampiezza dei locali dell’hotel, pulizia, letto comodo
Vicino ad un ottimo ristorante italiano
Garage coperto

Cons:

Colazione troppo costosa per l’offerta di cibi (nessuna spremuta fresca, crêpes, waffel, torta fatta in casa). Caffè pessimo, nessun servizio al tavolo ma dalle macchinette. Per un 4 stelle superior e’ decisamente da migliorare se si chiedono 25€ a testa!
