Fantastic hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great tram connection to the city centre - very quick
Brilliant air con during the heatwave!
Superb deluxe rooms with everything you need
Comfortable, clean and a perfect place to stay

Cons:

Breakfast a little on the pricey side (€25pp) but this didn’t affect us as so much choice to eat out - many cafés and bakeries.

The room was clean and well maintained, and the A/C worked flawlessly, which was especially appreciated during the hot days. The location is excellent, right next to a tram stop and within easy walking distance of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and various stores. It was very convenient for getting around and having everything we needed nearby.

Cons:

Parking costs €15 per day, which feels a bit expensive. The shower is also quite small.

Goed voor een enkele overnachting, maar menukaart niet gericht op kinderen

De receptioniste was erg vriendelijk. De kamer was netjes en op orde. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Het ontbijt was ok, maar minder dan eerdere ervaringen bij dit hotel.

Cons:

We wilden 's avonds dineren in het hotel, maar de kaart had geen kindermenu en de kaart sluit niet aan op kinderbezoek. Het personeel was niet erg toeschietelijk. We zijn ergens anders gaan eten.

Pros:

The hotel and facilities were great, the room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were attentive and helpful. Good secure parking for the motorbike as well.

Cons:

The location is a bit outside of the main centre, which wasn't an issue for, but expect a good 30min walk, or taxi ride.

Pros:

Mooi hotel, iets aan de rand van de stad maar wel met een tramhalte voor de deur. Leuk park ook vlakbij waar we gaan zwemmen zijn, en een super Italiaans restaurant op 50m.
Parking is onder het hotel, heel gemakkelijk maar met 15€/dag ook geen koopje.
In ieder geval een fijne plek om Freiburg te verkennen.

Lovely comfortable room with excellent air conditioning in a heat wave

Location was out of the way but close to the local park and lake for swimming. Easy to get a cheap uber to the town and station.

Cons:

A very rude member of staff checked us in. A lady who almost seemed annoyed that we wanted to check in and stay at the hotel. Not the most welcoming start. Everyone else was very helpful.
