Pros:

Everything thing was fine. I still havent received my last night refund, due to my boss moving me to another state to cover what they needed.

Cons:

Still have not got 1 night refund.

Pros:

I actually booked this location by mistake but didn't realize it until check in where we usually stay. We had the Jacuzzi room on the first floor. The room was spacious which is great because my spouse has disabilities and walks poorly. The bed was one of the best I have stayed on and we were there 5 days. Room had a mini fridge which actually kept items cold not cool. My husband has a companion animal but no other motel even if pet friendly won't allow pets in the Jacuzzi room. I was allowed to bring him (the third day after he was not handling being with a dog sitter). I was charged for only 1 flat fee of $25. This room as well as common areas are extremely clean. No dirty light switch plates or wall smudges and the room smelled incredibly clean! The pool was clean and at a reasonable temperature. The hallways, lobby, and dining are also exceptionally clean. No carpet stains or dirty walls. Our room was the door right inside the handy capped parking making it VERY nice for my husband. The front desk staff were amazing and very accommodating. One thing I did like is that the room didn't have 6 mini bottles of lotion, shampoo, etc. they are available for asking but not standard which is very green and saves on waste. The room is cleaned every 3 days again minimizing water waste. We opted out of room service until check out. The room temperature unit is individual per room making it comfortable at any temp selected. The morning breakfast was anything but Continental! Full aray of eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, biscuits and gravy, the fluffiest biscuits, toast waffles, cereal, juice, milk yogurt, fresh pastry and more. This is definitely not a three star motel but an easy 5 star!!

Cons:

The only downsides were the public hot tub did not have a heater ((which was no big deal as we had one in our room. Unfortunately the elevator was also out of order, (we were on the first floor). However, they had available staff to carry luggage up stairs for guests and if needed they could move you to a ground floor. Lastly was the bed comforter was very thin and we wouldn't have been comfortable but we actually bring our own, again by choice so it was not an issue.

My only issue was the wifi would drop and need to be reconnected constantly, which made getting work done difficult.

Amazing!
