L'emplacement est parfait. 3 lignes de métro à proximité.
Proximité de Kensington Gardens.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner : pour un Hilton, certes du choix mais la qualité pas forcément au rdv. Peu de fait maison.

Не бронируйте видовой номер, лучше окна во двор. Так будет тише и, возможно, окна не такие грязные.

Персонал супер. Завтрак вкусный. Расположение удобное.

Cons:

Бронировал номер за дополнительную плату с видом на парк. Окна были такие грязные, что парка не видно, но зато хорошо слышно трассу перед парком. Окна должны пропускать свет и не пропускать звук. Тут всё наоборот: слышно улицу как будто спишь на улице, но не видно улицу.

Clean, tidy and polite staff.
Pros:

Room was nice, with good view. It was clean, and we were well catered to by staff. Staff were friendly and the bathroom was large. The bar areas was also lovely, and the barman was very nice.

Cons:

The only thing i would have to say is getting the air conditioning to work properly was a bit of pain, and the front lift wasnt working but I understand that these things happen and cannot be helped. The back lift was still working though!

Pros:

Lovely traditional London hotel. We had a room overlooking the park which was very clean and comfortable and were pleased they'd accommodated our request for a bath. The staff were very friendly and the hotel has a really relaxing atmosphere. No issues with being too hot or cold and slept well in a proper double/queen bed (ie not 2 singles zipped together).

Really handy location next to Queensway underground and literally across the road from Hyde Park so could have a walk before work.

Great hotel, great staff, great location

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service we received from hotel receptionist, Mr. Patel, during our recent stay at Hilton.

We arrived needing rooms at the last minute, and Mr. Patel handled the situation with remarkable patience, kindness, and professionalism. He took the time to clearly explain our options and ensured we were able to secure rooms without any stress.

When we later noticed that my grandparents’ room was significantly smaller than ours despite us having booked the same room size, Mr. Patel addressed our concerns promptly and respectfully. He updated their room and made sure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction, which we greatly appreciated.

Additionally, he went above and beyond by assisting us with our luggage and consistently checking in to make sure all our needs were met. His calm, helpful attitude truly made a difference in our experience and made our stay far more comfortable and enjoyable.

Mr. Patel is an excellent representative of your hotel, and his dedication to guest satisfaction should be recognized. Please extend our thanks to him for his outstanding service.
