Great location very close to Hyde Park, bus stop, tube station. Very comfy bed, very accommodating staff, thank you☺️

This is my second at this hotel and it was very pleasant
Pros:

The room and view of Hyde Park is lovely. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurent is great as you can order a la carte. Location is perfect!

Nice premium stay in Hyde park
Pros:

Nice big family room, good shower, good staff that checked up on us by text.
The Bed was nice, big and very comfy.
Supplied us with a travel cot which was helpful.

Very noisy room, didn’t seem as if the windows were double glazed so you heard every vehicle pass in the night. The bathroom also had holes in the wall from where a previously larger mirror had been replaced with a smaller one, (I’m guessing,) and the wall hadn’t been refinished. Not horrendous but for £250 per night it could have been much nicer.
