Good location...too many stairs
Pros:

Great location. We were in the annexed portion with a garden view. However the garden view was the back of a restaurant where staff smoked. We were unable to open windows due to the heavy smoke smell.

Cons:

We had to traverse 4 flights if stairs daily. No elevator. We are in our late 60's so walking all day and having to climb 4 flights sometimes 3 times a day was tiring.

La posizione centrale, avendo avuto un evento presso il teatro la fenice è stato strategico

Cons:

A dire il vero nulla, trattandosi di un 3s il livello è più di quello richiesto, peccato per il montacarichi al posto dell'ascensore.
