Апартаменты в новом корпусе-это не просто гостиничный номер а полноценная студия;) С кофемашиной, просторным шкафом и большой ванной с мини окном 😍 Высокие потолки, очень красивые ампирные декоры, очень понравились ставни в едином стиле у всех зданий, которые можно закрывать на ночь вместо штор блек аут;)
Заселение было ночью, хозяин встретил несмотря на поздний час ( около 01 ночи), найти легко, хоть отель расположен в уголке между магазинчиков и бутиков ,но навигатор гугл приводит без проблем к отелю
Wi-Fi иногда отваливался ,если далеко отходить от двери, так как роутер находился в коридоре
Solid hotel located very close to St. Mark’s Basilica, which makes it perfect for exploring the historic center. The air conditioning works very well - a big plus during the summer heat. The interior is old‑school but well maintained — nothing is falling apart, just a classic style that gives the place a traditional feel.
Breakfast is modest and needs to be ordered item by item. There’s no written menu, and the staff don’t proactively explain the options, so it took us until the last day to figure out the full list. Once you know what’s available, they’re happy to bring everything you want.

The staff was very friendly. The room is big and nice. located in a perfect position.
I would appreciate if the single bed could be a little bigger or if they could provide a thicker blanket for the night. Although it was hot in Venice, I would have slept better with a colder temperature and a warmer blanket.

We left our luggage for a few hours after checking out which was great.
The walls were thin and you could hear the neighbours but we had earplugs with us so we used them.
El hotel estaba muy bien situado, muy cerca del la Piazza San Marco y en un entorno agradable de entre las callejuelas de esta increíble ciudad. El desayuno también estaba muy bien, completo y sin faltar de nada.
En principio todo fue correcto, igual la televisión que me pareció pequeña y me costó mucho poder ver los canales. No encontré, si es que lo había, el canal internacional de TVE para poder ver la televisión de mi país.
Posizione fantastica, centralissima. Personale alla reception molto gentile. La camera era pulita, il bagno perfetto. La colazione , servita in una sala piccola ma completa di tutto. Consigliassimo.
