Ubicación excelente
Very well located hotel downtown 5 minutes walk to San Marco. The service from the staff was exceptional, I got the room earlier than supposed and they even put my suitcase in the room while I was away. The room was nice with a good air condition and very clean. The breakfast was good with a personal service. Definitly recommend staying there.
The room might lack a little update but was very clean. The bed could have been little longer and the minibar colder.

O quarto era bem pequeno.
The location was amazing. The staff were so lovely! Breakfast was very nice and staff was great with us for it. They got us a happy birthday balloon for my friend and it was a cute touch.
The lift was working but had to press and hold the button to go up and down which made it a little uncomfortable to trust so we used the stairs for most of it. Room wasn’t very spacious but expected with style of building after arrival

La ubicación la mejor, la habitación super comoda espaciosa limpia, aire acondicionado super bien el baño super grande y muy limpio, estaba perfecta para estar varios dias, recomiendo el hotel 🏨, a las personas que deseen ir a Venecia y tener todo cerca

Posizione perfetta, a due passi da piazza San Marco, dalla fermata del vaporetto, tranquillo la notte.
Causa moquette non si ha un senso di pulizia assoluto, che non si ha in generale.
