Gute Lage, schlechte Geräuschkulisse
Pros:

Die Lage war hervorragend, das Personal freundlich, die gesamte Anlage sauber und die Betten sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren mehr als hellhörig. Man hörte die Nachbarn beim Toilettengang, man hörte das Wasser rauschen und auch Gespräche im Gang in normaler Lautstärke waren im Zimmer deutlich zu hören. Die Tür zur Toilette im Zimmer war eine Schwingtür wie in einem Wild-West-Salon. Die Türgriffe waren beidseitig kaputt, so dass die Tür von innen nur schwerlich zu öffnen war. Der Spalt unter der Tür war 10 cm hoch, was bedeutet, das alle Gerüche aus der Toilette ins gesamte Zimmer strömten.
Der Wellnessbereich war für die Größe des Hotels zu klein. Die Liegen waren ständig belegt.

Die Kritik bezieht sich auf Zimmer 432.

Keine Bademäntel , kein Hausschuhe , kein Fön , Tresor funktionierte nicht,
Morgens bis das Frühstück komplett war , war es 8,30 Uhr ., Alles sehr schlecht

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt.

Cons:

Das Restaurant war ganz gut das Personal unterbesetzt und daher etwas überfordert. Beim Frühstück gab es nicht genug Sitzplätze wir mussten an der Theke essen sehr ungemütlich. Das Hotelpersonal wirkte im Grunde desinteressiert. Der Preis für das Zimmer war absolut ungerechtfertigt und das Spa hätte extra gekostet was in der heutigen Zeit total unangebracht ist.
