This hotel has very high standards, all rooms have complimentary dressing gown and slippers. Tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar and porterage
The food was amazing, the staff were very courteous and polite, nothing was too much trouble

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Equatorial Ho Chi Minh City and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel was immaculate throughout — every area was spotless and clearly maintained to a very high standard, which is a real credit to the housekeeping and management teams.
The pool area was fantastic and provided the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. It was beautifully kept, peaceful, and one of the highlights of my stay.
What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the front counter staff. Every team member I encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and professional. Their friendly attitude and willingness to help made me feel valued from the moment I arrived.
A huge thank you to all the staff for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

The pool was super nice, not too crowded so you can actually swim. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Mai in the locker room has shown outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Definitely recommended!!

Located a couple of Ks from the city centre we found this hotel our favourite in Vietnam. Good room, friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel is close to street food. Hard to fault this hotel.

Great location, great rooms and brilliant service. Check in got a bit delayed but that’s understandable since it’s 2:00 pm check in but post that it was really great. They even extended the check out time by 2 hours to accommodate our late flight. I would easily recommend this hotel to friends

Our stay at the Equatorial Hotel Ho Chi Minh was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome by the warm and attentive staff. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful wedding anniversary decorations thoughtfully arranged in our room. It truly made the occasion feel special and memorable and we thank you so much.

The hotel itself offers fabulous facilities, all of which were impeccably clean and well-maintained. A particular standout was the day spa, where I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing treatment. My therapist, Lyly, was absolutely divine - professional, attentive, and genuinely skilled at creating a calming, rejuvenating experience.

The location is another major advantage. Tucked away in a quieter area, the hotel offers peaceful nights while still being within easy walking distance of District 1, where you can explore the vibrant heart of the city.

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
