Hotel Equatorial. Excellent stay
Pros:

Just had 4 days at the hotel. Staff very friendly, helpful, and always a smile.
Everyone from the reception staff, bar staff at the pool, Bell boys and the waiters really make your stay exceptional.
I Highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Saigon.

Service and food were outstanding
Pros:

We were originally booked for 2 nights however ended up staying for 6 nights as our flight to Doha was cancelled. We loved the hotel, its location, people and the service. We had some fabulous meals in the restaurant and enjoyed the main bar and pool bar too. Everywhere was kept spotlessly clean. The room had everything we needed although a bit dated it didn't impact our stay at all. The bed was so comfortable that we missed breakfast one day due to oversleeping!
We saw the bell boys come to the help of a lady who fell out of her taxi and was clearly very ill. They ran to help her and stopped her hurting herself, well done to Terry, Hung and Conc, we were so impressed.
A big shout out to the helpful team on reception Tayte and Ruby; Kevin and Nelly in the restaurant and Dean and Vincent from the bars.
A big thank you from us stranded people you really made our stay special
