מלון ספא יפהפה, מושקע, עם צוות ידידותי, קשוב ואכפתי. חדרים שנראים ומרגישים חדשים, נוחים מאד, נקיים ומרווחים. מיקום המלון מעט מרוחק אבל שווה בהחלט את הנסיעה. ארוחת בוקר עשירה וטעימה. בריכות גדולות. מסעדה מצוינת במקום.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The indoor heated pool was fantastic and a real highlight of our visit. The spa facilities were excellent, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. We also enjoyed a lovely meal in the evening, and the waiters were extremely attentive, friendly, and professional throughout. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and we would happily recommend it to others."

The only problem we is we would like to dining room for dinner to start at 7 rather than 7:30

Le terme all'interno del complesso sono favolose, la piscina esterna in una bella giornata è enorme e ben tenuta.

Consiglio veramente la struttura, una camera di fascia più alta forse...

Lo staff non ci ha saputo dare alcune indicazioni di base... se chiedevamo rispondevano, ma sembravano forse un po troppo stagisti...
L'aria condizionata della stanza all'arrivo era bloccata centralmente , abbiamo dovuto chiedere ed èstata subito sbloccata, però in un hotel 4 stelle mi aspetto di più. Mi aspetto di essere accompagnata in camera, mi aspetto che mi si spieghi come modificare le impostazioni dell'aria condizionata...

Avevamo una camera di fascia bassa e si affacciava proprio sopra la colazione... se la gente chiacchierava noi ci si svegliava...

La cameriera ha iniziato a rifare la camera mentre eravamo a colazione... errore nostro che non abbiamo messo il non disturbare... ma essendo tutto elettronico ci si sbaglia troppo facilmente... meglio un bel cartellino!

Struttura molto bella e organizzata, i membri dello staff cordialissimi, stanza pulita e dotata di ogni necessità. Ottimo il reparto termale con le piscine, buona colazione con ampia scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, consigliata la cena con degustazione vini in uno dei ristoranti della struttura
