We really enjoyed the hotel, and its lovely garden area, and we would be very happy to come back
Pros:

The location was ideal for us. The hotel is in a quiet residential area, but only a 15 minute walk from the train station, and about 10 minutes to the centre of Bruges

Cons:

Our room was lovely, but there wasn’t much soundproofing between us and the neighbouring rooms on either side of us.

Pros:

Hotel molto bello, in una posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro ma leggermente defilata e silenziosa. Colazione molto buona, come la cena. personale cordiale e gentile e ottima pulizia.

Cons:

L'unica cosa è la mancanza della doccia nella nostra camerta, la vasca da bagno è bella ma poco pratica.

SEHR schönes Hotel, keine Badtür

Lage super, schöne Zimmer, idyllischer Innenhof,sehr geschmackvoll.

Unser Zimmer hatte leider keine TÜR zur Toilette/Bad! Das hab ich noch nie zuvor erlebt.Ich reiste mit einer Freundin. Ich möchte eine Tür schließen können, wenn ich auf die Toilette gehe. Außerdem war da gerade eine Baustelle in der Straße. Morgens um 7:00 ging der Lärm los. Wir teilten unsere Bedenken wegen der fehlenden Tür und der Baustelle der Empfangsdame mit,aber sie sagte, es sei normal, dass wir keine Tür hätten. Und morgen sei Samstag, da wäre ja kein Lärm zu erwarten. Wir bekamen kein anderes Zimmer, obwohl noch Zimmer zum Innenhof frei waren.
Am nächsten Tag arbeitete eine andere Dame. Sie war sehr freundlich. SIE hätte uns ein Zimmer mit Toilettetür gegeben und entschuldigte sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten.

Das Frühstück wurde als aussergewöhnlich angepriesen. In Bezug auf das Angebot war jedoch nur der (hohe) Preis aussergewöhnlich.

Pros:

This is such a lovely hotel. It is tastefully decorated and has the most beautiful garden in the middle of the hotel. We stayed in a garden room which was really spacious, especially compared to the tiny rooms we had in London and Paris. Beautiful bed linen, quality toiletries, good air conditioning and a robe and slippers made this a very comfortable stay. I appreciated having tea and coffee-making facilities in the room and sitting out the front of the room with a cup of tea, looking at the gardens was very peaceful. It’s in a great location, an easy 10 minute walk to the market square. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
