Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing and far below what is expected from a 4-star property.
The room was in poor hygienic condition, including visible mold, dirt, and spiders. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and health. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying in the room.
After contacting the hotel, no meaningful solution was offered. The conditions were described as “normal,” no alternative room was provided, and only very limited cleaning was suggested, and not immediately. As a result, we were forced to leave the hotel before the end of our stay. A refund for the unused nights was refused.
This hotel does not correspond to the standards advertised and does not justify a 4-star classification. We would not recommend it to travelers who expect basic cleanliness and professional handling of complaints.
Loved our garden level room. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Staff was helpful….stored our luggage after checkout and called us a taxi when we were rushed and needed help'

Mooie kamer, groot bed en grote badkamer. Het ontbijt was erg goed verzorgd! Binnen 5 minuten sta je lopend bij de winkels!

I am a bread person so I liked the bread choices plus with the butter and choices of spread.
It could've been better if there were different menus everyday. Having the same menu everyday was a bit boring. And also there was no egg on the buffet that you still need to ask the kitchen staff to cook one for you.
Fantastic location. Just a short walk to the main square. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. My room was gorgeous with an amazing bath!
