I like the location I like the hotel it's very quiet and has nice staff.
Every summer I always booked that hotel there but this year they gave me a room that didn't have no heat and no working refrigerator I was disappointing and this was the first year I disappoint
Comfy beds
Way too light in the room to sleep, advertised an outdoor pool. You could tell it hadn’t had water in it in several years! Update your website

Gunshots (8-10) fired right outside my window the second night of of my stay.

Apparently there are two parts of the hotel, a new part and an old one. The old part is not well kept and is on the backside of the building.
It was dirty. It was really bad I couldn’t stay because the room was really dirty, and there was bug inside the room.
There was hair everywhere and there was warm on the carpet the stuff they didn’t help us to give us another room. I left the place immediately.
I had a great room and a wonderful customer service. The drivers were so generous and hospitable. All experiences inspired by to become a regular customer of Wyndham.
I loved everything about the hotel
The 1st room was nasty so they switched us and downgraded the room and didn’t even refund any money or apologize.
Falsely advertised guest rooms. Old, dirty, worn out lobby and guest room furniture. Unsafe A. C. Units (wired to radiator). Moldy, smelly lobby and atrium areas. Would NOT recommend!
Not consistent and poor service. New lady at check in named Angie, she didn’t know how to assign crew rooms and didn’t even try to figure it out just gave me a random room on 1st floor. Put the other crew member on second floor. No breakfast voucher but gave the other crew member a breakfast voucher, she didn’t even attempt to ask me. Can’t help but feel mistreated haven’t stayed here in a while and don’t think I will return again.
Hotel was dirty, smelled of mildew, and the floor was so rotten in the hallway, I thought we were going to fall through. The shower drain was so clogged with someone else’s hair, that it backed up the shower when water was running.
Booked hotel as we were coming for a concert.... we booked 2 rooms. The hotel is dated and its barely a 1 star! Beds are old, room was barely clean, there was garbage next to bed on floor, curtains falling off wall, room had to be changed twice..... one of pur room doors could be pushed open! Both Rooms smelled musty and the toiletries were half used already and its just generally run down and needs renovating! The air conditioner in the wall is load and noisy!
I am afraid to sleep under the blanket. I might just drive the 4 hours and go home rather than sleep here.
The 1 star was soley based on the front desk staff were very nice and tried to help.
Check in and check out were quick, efficient and friendly. The shuttle service was great—quick, comfortable and very nice drivers. The room was very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable bed.
Breakfast offered many options. There were also snacks available to purchase.
The restaurant was closed on Mondays. Somewhat a long walk, with luggage, from the lobby to the room.
Shuttle to Airport
A lot!! My key did not work to the room and I had to go to the front twice. Then they put me into the next room where the raggedy tv kept turning off every 10 mins. The carpet is nasty, and the room looked nothing like the photos. Also, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because they had a restaurant on site. It was closed when I got there. They said it's closed on Sundays, which I was unaware of until I got there. I had to walk to Embassy Suites to get food and order drinks. It was the worst Wyndham I have stayed in.
