Terrible and never stay there again.
Pros:

Young guy at guest services was nice. The older men at the front desk, not so nice.

Cons:

- Air conditioning unit not quiet and very loud
- No remote for TV
- Phone to reception desk didn’t work
- Vinyl boards flooring were uneven, so dirty our feet were black!
- Outlets not conveniently located
- Box spring, dented, torn and scuffed
- Cheapest toilet paper
- Construction was so bad as Motel 6.

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Roaches and other bugs in the bathroom and by the door on the 3rd floor. Mold in the shower. Mold and mildew smell throughout the room. The staff tried to gaslight me like it was acceptable. They didn't apologize and acted as though I was inconveniencing them.

Cons:

Room smelled like smoke and the hallway hadn't been vacuumed in a while with crumbs right at my room door. Staff was very cold ,no hi no nothing .furniture was beat up and felt dirty and old.
