Disappointing stay compared to prior stays. Do better

Great breakfast, amazing in room jacuzzi...outstanding value!!

Cons:

Check out is 11:00 a.m. At 10:15 we got a phone call reminding us check out is at 11:00. That's great, fine, we say "yes, we know we need to leave at 11:00". Then we get another phone call at 10:30 reminding us that check out is at 11:00. Finally, at 10:50 we have somebody banging on our door telling us that check out is at 11:00! This feels very much like overkill!. We knew check out time, and we were prepared to leave by 11:00. There is no reason for you to be pestering a guest that often prior to check out time. We've stayed here before and I am going to assume that this is a one-time problem, so we will stay here again. But someone needs to ensure that the front desk does not do this again

Staff is friendly and accommodating, hotel is clean and the location is great, would stay again.
Pros:

Definitely the location, shopping and food is walking distance from the hotel, the staff and management really live up to the name Comfort Inn and the beds emphasize the point of comfort. Thank you

Cons:

Not a dislike but prefer if the room switch from carpet to flooring just an upgrade.

Pros:

The gentleman at the front desk was kind.

Cons:

The in room hot tub really needs grab handles and some sort of non slip bottom.

We skipped the unappealing breakfast.

For the price of the hot tub room, we could have gotten a much nicer place, and had money left over.

Pros:

De locatie was voor mijn reis wel geschikt omdat ik diverse afspraken had in het westen en noorden van Houston. De prijs beviel met het meest; dat was uiteindelijk de reden om voor dit hotel te kiezen. Ook wel prettig dat er op loopafstand redelijk wat winkels en restaurants zijn.

Cons:

Breakfast vond ik erg slecht; al om 9u werd alles weggehaald. Meestal was ik er om 8.30u en dan waren al heel veel bakken leeg; werd nauwelijks aangevuld. Ook vond ik de kwaliteit van breakfast slecht. Vooral wat fastfood. Geen aantrekkelijke presentatie van breakfast.
Zwembad was erg klein; eigenlijk niet meer dan een verkoelingsbadje; lag aan straatkant. Niet echt een plek om te gaan zitten. Er is ook geen plek waar je even lekker buiten kunt zitten.
Het hotel is behoorlijk gedateerd.

Very unprofessional!
Cons:

I booked my room through a 3rd party, later I received a call from the hotel manager, informing me that my room was already booked and there was no availability. I'm trying to get a refund as I'm writing this. Very bad service!
