Wasnt happy.
Cons:

Ac was barely working. Fridge was leaking water. When I arrived I had to pay another $100 that i wasnt told about until last minute and at that point my wife and I were tired or else I would have found somewhere else to stay so I paid the $100. Then was told id receive it back in 2 days which it took over a week to get back. The bathroom was not as advertised. Overall just a horrible stay.

It was as expected.
Pros:

Near everything, 15 min to Lakeland center, clean and spacious place.

Cons:

Back door was not easy to locked and my room was near to that door. Feels like homelessness can get inside.

It was dirty, staff were not attentive (finished their own conversations about other guests - who snuck in a dog, who didn't pay their deposit, etc) before even acknowledging my presence at check-in, mold in the room, it smelled bad, no microwave or clock or blow dryer in room as per listed amenities, exposed rusty metal with sharp edges and nails, missing door casing trim, bedside lamp did not work, desk/table warped, breakfast was minimal (and unsupervised children, one of which sneezed over waffle maker without covering his mouth), no elevatorcertificate, fire doors (clearly marked "keep closed") left open .... Could go on, but will leave it that. I traveled for work for 25 years and this was one of the 2 worst hotels I ever stayed in.

Pros:

I like the friendliness of the staff, and they accommodated me and my family when the AC was not working in the first room I was in. The hotel is clean and quiet.

Cons:

I would have liked if they had more options for breakfast, and that it was easier to extend from a 3rd party booking.

The staff was great the rooms were comfertabls and i had an amazing stay

They didnt come and switch out our towel but we took them to the desk and we got new ones so that wasnt a big deal

We were not pleased with our stay.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The staff transferred us to another room which was the 4th room we were in. One girl cleaned it and it was very acceptable.

Cons:

No security locks on 2 rooms that they put us in first. The drain did not work. The floor was very dirty. The blinds were not give us privacy on the first floor. The breakfast was minimal. Basically waffles, cold cereal or toast.

Cons:

No blow dryer
Not enough towels/wash cloths for 2 people staying in room
Be prepared to possible meet Jesus in the shower because it's very slippery
Shower curtain doesn't close therefore water is all over the floor
No homey feeling, might have been just painted, but whoever painted you need to get a refund, because they don't know what they are doing.
No decor on the wall, feels like a rent by the hour room

Not what I expected!
Cons:

The property is very outdated. The hallways are so hot. I rented two rooms for 4 guests and they didn't have any connected room but, they were across from each other by one room. We went to the first one to see how it looked and was disappointed. It had awful headboards and the bed frames are terrible looking, no microwave, regular blinds and no curtain so it was very bright in the room. The walls had been patched up but, never painted over. The refrigerator stopped working the first night and you could tell it's been having issues since the wood was all warped and damp.
The second room we looked at, the ac wasn't on so we turned it on and it would go lower than 75 degrees and there was a towel underneath it because it was leaking. I tried to open the bathroom door and had to pull it to realize it was completely broken and split in half. We went to the desk to tell them about it and the staff member asked what we wanted to do and if we "wanted another room or what". Of course we asked for another room since we would like to be able to shut the door while using the bathroom.

We did get another room.
The pictures online are very deceiving.
When you pull up to the hotel all you can smell is weed outside and through the lobby.
There are many other hotels in that area and I would choose a different one next time.
I'm a Wyndham member and this is the second location l've been to in the past 2 months and have been very disappointed by both.

Good value and clean in a good neighborhood
Pros:

Cons:

Room was bare bones and mattress had a large depression in the middle. Needs to be replaced.
