Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for you. The hotel was stunning. The rooms were beautiful.

Perfection if you want to be a bit off the beaten path, and very romantic setting.
Pros:

Absolutely everything. This property is stunning, the staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are gorgeous, and the dining is excellent. The breakfast buffet is so fabulous I wish I had more room for all of their delightful offerings! It will be our #1 choice every time we come to Lisbon, even if it is a bit off the beaten path.

Cons:

The service for food in their bar area can be slow. It’s Europe. But that’s hardly a huge negative.

The breakfast was really fantastic. The staff very kind.

The room had nothing special and wasn't located in the palace building, rather ex-centered in an arm without view nor charm.

Pros:

Amazon hotel - breakfast room was beautiful and the selection excellent.
Enjoyed the swimming pool also, it was nice for an indoor pool.
Valet parking worked very well. I would recommend staying here.

The building and the gardens

Cons:

The worst service I’ve ever experienced in my 50 years of staying in hotels.
1 hour for luggage to come to the room. 30 minutes for check-in.
Called both room service and guest services 14 times and the phone was never picked up, had to get dressed and go to reception to place an order for my child.
Brought our own luggage on check out as nobody answering phone at the hotel, I even tried calling 5 times from my mobile and not just the hotel phone. Had to leave without checking out as was waiting so long we would have missed our flight.

Atendimento incrível desde a chegada, posso até esquecer alguns mas desculpem, muito bem recebidos e atendidos pelo Sr. Igor, Sr. Luke, Sra. Maria João no check in e check out, Sr. Pedro no pequeno almoço. Pequeno almoço muito bem servido e variado.

Cons:

Quarto quando o arrefecimento ligado com um pouco de cheiro de fumos. Sauna a vapor e piscina interior estavam frias.
