All children under 12 can only access the Spa pool when accompanied by an adult.

For bookings of 9 or more rooms, the hotel will charge a nonrefundable prepayment of 50% of the entire reservation on the guest's credit card.

Uno de los días del fin de semana los salones para el.desayuno no tenían suficiente capacidad para todos los huéspedes y la espera fue de media hora para entrar

Excelente localização. O palácio é simplesmente magnífico e o espaço exterior igualmente. Pequeno almoço fabuloso e funcionários muito simpáticos
Ficamos num dos quartos da parte mais moderna do hotel. O ruído matinal é notório e começou bastante cedo. Considero que para um hotel de 5 estrelas, o spa poderia ser melhor. A água da piscina interior estava um pouco fria e não tínhamos espreguiçadeiras na zona da piscina. Apenas haviam 2 que ficavam facilmente ocupadas. Na casa de banho do quarto não havia uma tomada para ligar equipamentos como um secador, ou um aparelho para o cabelo, o que poderia ser justificável se no quarto houvesse uma zona com toucador e espelho, por exemplo.

Os funcionários são excelentes!
O espaço é muito bonito, não há duvidas. Tudo muito limpinho, cheiroso, jardins arranjados. O ambiente é mesmo aquele que procurávamos, com o seu toque chique e bonito. O empregado da receção era muito prestativo, apesar de estar completamente sozinho e havia muitas pessoas para fazer check in. Pequeno almoço muito bom também.
O serviço do restaurante e pequeno almoço deixa muito a desejar. Jantámos no restaurante Valle Flor, o serviço foi mesmo muito fraco para um hotel de cinco estrelas. Até o chefe de sala ir embora, esteve muito bem... os empregados estavam sempre lá mas penso que depois o chefe de sala foi embora e ai descambou.A sala ficou vazia, sem empregados...nao sei onde eles estavam! Eu levantei me para me auto servir de agua várias vezes, esperámos imenso tempo para nos dizerem qual era a fruta do dia, o nosso pedido veio enganado do jantar e as alterações que pedimos nem foram feitas. Levantámos para irmos embora para o quarto, e tivemos de estar a espera de aparecer algum empregado para informar que era para colocar na conta do quarto. Muito desapontados com o serviço. Só o chefe de sala era muito simpático e atencioso com as crianças! de resto...precisam de alguma formação de trabalhar neste tipo de serviço, e saber que nunca se deixa os clientes sozinhos em sala. Para mais, a gorjeta está incluída no final da conta nós nem reparámos, pagámos sem sequer concordarmos com tal pois não mereceram para o trabalho que fizeram.
