La disponibilidad del personal en ese dia. Spa frio, piscina interior fria. El chocante de arroz frio y no crocante, no tenían ni funcionaba la calefacción, etc

Estamos todos los años en este hotel, que nos encanta! Los jardines son muy bonitos, el personal amable, pero un poco lento y la calidad d la comida tanto en el bar como en el restaurante no tiene el nivel 5 *.

Wouold love to return for a longer stay to enjoy the pool and spa.
Pros:

It really is a palace! Staff extremely cordial and helpful. Bar and dining room staff cordial, and made me, as a single female guest, feel very welcome and comfortable. Food very, very good.

Cons:

The rooms are built around the hotel in modern architecture, and a map at check-in or a printed copy in the room would have been very helpful for navigation.

Áreas comuns muito bem preservadas. A história do construção é linda. O café da manhã espetacular.

Cons:

Os quartos poderiam ser melhores, como as persianas, em nosso quarto estavam furadas e passava luz, precisei fazer um remendo com fita isolante que tinha na bagagem. O chuveiro estava emperrado e dificultoso para regular no pino. Pia pequena. Pedimos para que trouxessem as nossas bagagens na saída da estadia e uma frasqueira foi esquecida no quarto, só senti falta quando já estava no aeroporto, por sorte eu tinha conhecidos na cidade que puderam retirar a bagagem no hotel para mim, mas se não houvesse seria um caos. Falha grave.

Cadre magnifique, mais plusieurs points d'amélioration restent nécessaires : SDB et petit-déjeuner.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le cadre est très agréable, calme et bien arboré, ce qui en fait un lieu reposant. Les espaces extérieurs sont particulièrement appréciables.

Cons:

En revanche, plusieurs points mériteraient d'être améliorés. La salle de bain était insuffisamment éclairée, le lavabo était constamment bouché et le pommeau de douche était bruyant lors de l'utilisation.

Le petit-déjeuner nous a également déçus. Les plats qui étaient censés être servis chauds étaient régulièrement froids. De plus, le service semblait manquer d'organisation, il n'était pas rare que les tables ne soient pas correctement préparées, avec l'absence de tasses ou de couverts tels que les couteaux.

Lindíssimo, mas serviço de quarto demorado, e não contem com a banheira

Gostei do hotel por se um palácio, é bem estiloso e bonito. Otimo para fotos e eventos. O quarto é bom e agradável com tamanho adequado.

Cons:

Não gostei do serviço de limpeza. Muito demorado. Eu saia 2, 3 vezes do quarto depois do café da manhã e ainda não tinha sido limpo. Eles iam limpar o quarto lá pra 5-6 da tarde. Acho um absurdo isso. Também não gostei que tinha banheira mas não podia usar, porque não deram o pininho de fechar a banheira, e quando pedi falaram que não podia devido ao sistema hidráulico. Isso eu não gostei porque pelas fotos dava a impresão que teria banheira, e não tinha. Era uma banheira "decorativa"

Lovely stay a little out from the centre of Lisbon.
Pros:

The building was beautiful and the pools were amazing. More than we expected. The room was equally perfect and spacious.
The breakfast buffet surpassed all expectation, amazing choice.

Fine for short stay. Much better options in Lisbon.

Cons:

Waiters and bar staff very poor. No acknowledgments or greetings. Annoyed to be asked for anything. Hotel very dated - rooms basic. Public toilets in hotel not clean.
