All children under 12 can only access the Spa pool when accompanied by an adult.

For bookings of 9 or more rooms, the hotel will charge a nonrefundable prepayment of 50% of the entire reservation on the guest's credit card.

Dificilmente haverá hotel mais bonito em Lisboa. Estando num antigo palácio, com amplos jardins, uma belíssima piscina exterior e vista para a Ponte 25 de Abril, o contexto é imbatível. No interior, há salões incríveis, quartos grandes e confortáveis e uma piscina interior com imensa classe. O serviço é impecável e o conforto idem. A localização é conveniente para quem queira visitar Belém, o LX Factory ou o palácio da Ajuda, além de ser fácil chegar a grandes acessos.

Gorgeous place. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. And everything at a sensible price. Exterior swimming pool must be great during the Summer.
The SPA needs some improvements. Also, if you stay on the other side, you would have to walk through the garden to get to the SPA. Not great during Winter...
We very much enjoyed our stay at this amazing hotel with irreproachable service. Even though it is located at a distance from major tourist attractions, we found it very convenient to discover Lisbon from there mainly using a tram connection while our car was conveniently parked at the hotel’s vast parking.
The interiors of the hotel are impressive and make you feel in a “belle epoque”. The room was comfortable and clean. We would also mark out the friendliness of staff who where there to support us whenever needed.
