All children under 12 can only access the Spa pool when accompanied by an adult.

It was impressive old building
Rooms very tired. Pool area and loungers not great at all. Staff at breakfast and in garden area not trained very well -had to get up to repeatedly ask for things, chaotic breakfast. Rooms and most of hotel needs a refurb and restyled. It could be some much better. Bathrooms and bedrooms particularly bad. Five star normally start with good welcome - we arrived to a queue and stressed receptionists. No welcome drink, no welcome or turn down gestures, all other hotels in Portugal offered us a drink on arrival and had port gift and custard tarts etc, nothing here.

room service involved going to the front desk - either phone wasn't working or understaffed and couldn't answer. otherwise great experience and lovely grounds/pool.

Das Pestana Palace ist ein sehr schöner besondere Unterkunft, die man unbedingt gesehen haben sollte, wenn man in Lissabon zu Besuch ist. Der Palast überzeugt dich seinen wunderschönes Interior und seinen schönen angelegten Pool. Auf dem Gelände gibt es zudem ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit leckerem, asiatischen Essen. Eine Kaffemaschine im Zimmer hat das Erlebnis perfektioniert.
Das Zimmer war recht einfach und das Bad war sehr klein. Die Gäste über uns waren sehr laut.
