All children under 12 can only access the Spa pool when accompanied by an adult.

Ein schönes altes Hotel, hat Charme
Der Aufzug, eher gefährlich als vertrauenswürdig, dann ging er einen ganzen Tag gar nicht mehr.
Dann wurde auch einen Tag lang unser Zimmer nicht gemacht, keine frischen Handtücher, kein Wasser, das war wirklich ärgerlich.
Leider und das ist wirklich schade kann das Housekeeping Team nicht grüssen ist eine Kleinigkeit aber im 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich sowas

Hotel and gardens beautiful. Staff very friendly and attentive. Restaurant staff went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable time in celebrating our wedding anniversary. Thank you to everybody for making it a memorable occasion.

Good hotel, location and facilities.
It was the night of my wedding, and I requested normal considerations like a late check-out, and a queen bed. Upon arriving at 6 am, we had separate beds. We called the reception and they said it was too late and nothing could be done to switch.
I emailed the hotel a week before, and called 2 days before to double check, and was given verbal confirmation that everything would be set.
It was disappointing that the requests were disregarded, to say the least. At least we got the late check-out…
The interior is stunning, beautiful rooms it is like stepping back in time.
Excellent breakfast but v poor quality coffee.
This stunning venue should be adult only- young children screaming and kicking football beside outside breakfast is unacceptable in such a quality venue.
They need a bigger or better organized reception area- too slow. Constant queue.
When asked to make a reservation in one of their restaurants and I also asked for iron - neither request was fulfilled.
Elevator broke down during our stay, guests got stuck in it for 20 mins. We used the stairs for the remainder of our visit.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel was clean, and the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The palace itself is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful main building. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. We especially loved the breakfast restaurant, which has a beautiful atmosphere.
The only downside is that the guest rooms are located in a separate annex rather than inside the palace itself. The soundproofing could also be improved. In addition, the pool area is quite small and doesn’t feel as well maintained as the rest of the property.
Es un palacio. Bien conservado. Los jardines. La piscina. Las habitaciones son modernas excepto los baños. Con bañera.
