A very pleasant place to stay!
Pros:

All good. Breakfast was great. Pool and sauna were quiet. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It's a little way from the centre, although travel by tram or taxi are easy enough and not expensive.

Breakfast options, facilities. Common areas are beautiful.

Cons:

Extremely slow service both at check in and in the restaurant. Food quality (bar menu) was very low, overpriced, all dishes super oily, including children dishes.
Horrible smell in the bathroom, water was not going down in the sink. Very thin walls, could hear at night everything from neighbour rooms, even simple conversations like if it was happening in our room.

Definitely much below expectations.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful grounds, great employees

Cons:

Slippery bathtubs--nerd new anti-slip guards on the tub floor. Also, the hotel is a huge maxi, and it's difficult to find your way around. More signs pointing directions to the different hotel areas and signs pointing to room numbers would be helpful.

Great for a weekend escape!
Pros:

breakfast is great, the rooms comfortable and the palace itself is amazing. The pool can get a bit busy when the sun is out.

Cons:

Feels that at times the staff was struggling to provide the expected level of service - had to wait a long time to receive our luggage in the room. And restaurant bills get a 'standard' 10% tip added - very unusual for Portugal.

Pros:

El desayuno es increíble. Las instalaciones, jardines y personal muy buenos. La ubicación: no estás cerca del centro de la ciudad, pero el barrio es muy agradable, y estás cerca de otros lugares de interés como el centro LXFactory y la Torre de Belén. Las sábanas, toallas y adicionales del baño, inmejorables. Es totalmente kids-friendly
