unique experience
Pros:

Staying at this hotel is a unique experience. The common areas are stunning and truly make you feel like you are in a palace. Breakfast is excellent, the service is very good, and the garden is absolutely beautiful.

Cons:

The gym could benefit from renovation, and the rooms are starting to show some signs of wear.

Pros:

O profissionalismo do staf. A beleza do edifício dos jardins e do cuidado dis espaços.

Cons:

O sistema da canalização do wc ,difícil escoamento. A banheira precisava de ter um antiderrapante adequado e as saboneteiras não são ideais.

Experiencia a não repetir
Cons:

Sou de Lisboa, reservei uma noite no Hotel porque a minha mulher está gravida de 8 meses e queria dar-lhe uma noite de descanso. Saiu-nos o tiro pela colatra, passámos uma noite em claro com barulho inimterrupto no quarto durante toda a noite. Desde muito barulho nos quartos ao lado, com hóspedes a falar, gritar e não só e ouvia-se como se estivessem connosco no quarto, barulho de casa de banho, água e autoclismo dos outros quartos também parecia que era dentro do nosso quarto. E a cereja no topo do bolo foi, a partir das 8 da manhã, empregadas de limpeza aos gritos nos corredores.
Por fim, devido ao upgrade oferecido pelo hotel (parece-me que apenas para que todos os hóspedes ficassem na mesma ala), ficámos numa zona em que para ir ao spa a minha mulher teve de ir de rob pela rua com 10ºC na rua.
Experiência muito má, não valeu de todo o preço pago e não é aceitável este tipo de situações num hotel de 5 estrelas

Maravilhoso
Pros:

Beleza da arquitetura, espaços e jardins, simpatia e eficiência dos funcionários, pequeno almoço excepcional, sauna, piscina interior e exterior excelente.

Cons:

Temperatura da água da piscina interior podia estar um pouco mais quente.
Embora o quarto seja muito silencioso a insonorização da porta do quarto não era perfeita

quando alguém falava alto no corredor o que raramente aconteceu.

Experiência única, excelente escolha para comemoração do nosso aniversário de casamento.
Pros:

O hotel é na verdade um palácio adaptado, com a parte central mantida com salões luxuosos e com decoração de extremo bom gosto. Café da manhã ótimo, num belo salão. Simpatia e cortesia dos funcionários. Como era baixa temporada recebemos um gentil upgrade para uma suite maravilhosa.
