Great location only a 45 minute walk to the centre of the city or a £10 Uber. Being able to park the car outside Hotel was great. Clean, tidy and good size room. Staff were very friendly.

Best value for money hotel as ever. Great rooms and service.
Pros:

This is probably my 7th visit to this hotel in the last 6 years. It is fantastic value. Great location. Murrayfield is a very nice area and not too far from the West End and central Edinburgh. Great pub and exceptional local restaurant with 400 metres. Always meeting very friendly staff on each occasion I have stayed. Best value rooms are the Classic Doubles in the main building. Very quiet. Great bar and restaurant. Food has been pretty good on each visit and very reasonably priced.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike to be fair.
Please note:
Was offered a free room upgrade to a much bigger and luxurious room in the annexe next door. From experience these rooms are less cosy and noisier especially if you are looking out to the main road. It is not a busy road at night but if you are a light sleeper, avoid. No double or secondary glazing due to historical building status and council heritage regulations. Cannot believe that they can't get round this in a practical and sympathetic way.
