Exceptional and comfortable
Pros:

One of Edinburgh’s finest hotels. Having stayed previously we were not disappointed. The room was exceptional and the bed one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. The hotel is central and the staff are very helpful.

From the moment I arrived at Murrayfield Hotel, I knew I was in for a great stay. The experience truly began at check-in where I was warmly welcomed by Kate, whose professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency immediately set the tone. After a long journey, her genuine hospitality made the arrival seamless and enjoyable. She took the time to ensure everything was perfect and made me feel valued as a guest from the very start.
The hotel itself is fantastic – comfortable, stylish, and ideally located for enjoying Edinburgh. However, what really makes the difference here is the quality of the staff.
At the end of my stay, I was looked after by Rodica at check-out. She was equally impressive – incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly someone who cares deeply about guest experience. She handled everything with warmth and professionalism, leaving me with a lasting positive impression as I departed.
Both Kate and Rodica are a credit to the hotel. Their service was genuine, welcoming, and exactly what great hospitality should feel like. Management should be extremely proud to have team members like them representing the hotel.
I would not hesitate to return and will happily recommend Murrayfield Hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir séjourner dans cet hôtel pour notre séjour. Emplacement, chambre et personnel au top.
Pros:

Nous sommes venir pour voir un match au stade de Murrayfield, l’emplacement était donc idéal.
Il était très facile de rejoindre le centre d’Edimbourg en bus.

Also the French Lady working at the restaurant was so kind and gave me nice advices to visit the city

Scotish politeness is unmatched compared to the 20 other countries I have visited so far.

They are extremely kind , and really want to serve other people.

Magnifique séjour en Écosse
Pros:

Très bien accueilli, accueil super. Les services et petites attention dans la chambre très sympathiques. A accepté avec joie nos valises en bagagerie à notre arrivé et à notre sortie.
