Frosted glass on window. Ground floor facing carpark and delivery area. Bin lorries right outside window in morning. Apparently room is above a noisy air conditioning fan. Bottle bin near the bedroom. Radiator thick with dust

Our room was lovely and comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was exceptional, both dinner and breakfast.

The staff were all very friendly. The rooms and the whole hotel were very clean. There was a very pleasant place to sit out front. The restaurant was excellent and the waitstaff treated us very well. Also, the beds were comfortable and very clean. The location was good, too. It took us about 40 minutes to walk to the Edinburgh Castle. Thus was a very nice hotel and I hope to stay there again in the future.
I don't think this can be improved, but I did note that the rooms were a bit small. They were NOT uncomfortable. Just a little smaller than I am used to.

Excellent location, relatively close to city centre, walkable in 40 minutes or by frequent buses. Car parking facility a big plus. Room fairly well appointed and bed good.
Fixed shower not to our liking. Room was quite chilly with no heating or thermostat apparent. Requested some heating but none provided.
Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren ruim en schoon.
Het ontbijt was basis. Voor deze prijs mag dat wel net iets meer zijn.
