The room was quirkily decorated but very nice with old marble fireplace. Armchair very comfortable extra and nice to sit in, but also writing space & chair in other corner. Only 5 minutes or so walk from the station. Staff have good English mostly. Breakfast in the cellar included for the price which is a bonus. And a small but useful lift!
I walked past it initially but once you recognize the sign and so on it is well lit up at night as well. Lighting focused around the bed and not near the comfy sitting chair in the corner.

L'accueil très sympathique, le confort de la chambre familiale, la variété au petit déjeuner.
Le système de rideaux pour que les enfants soient dans leur cocon et ne soient pas gênés par la lumière des parents qui se couchent plus tard.
Même si nous n'avons pas eu à utiliser le 3e lit superposé enfant, il est quand même très haut et pas sécurisé. Celui du milieu (utilisé) mériterait aussi un petit barrièrage pour les jeunes enfants (9 ans pour nous).
Les distributeurs de savon sont trop hauts au lavabo et dans la douche. Notre fils de 6 ans 1/2 n'a pas pu être autonome car il ne pouvait pas les atteindre (signalé à l'accueil).
Hôtel très bien placé, super accueil et bon petit déjeuner !

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück wirklich ordentlich.
Frühstückraum war etwas beengend, dafür aber im historischen Kellergewölbe..
Very friendly staff and comfortable, clean rooms! We were early to the hotel and they let us store our bags while we went to go get lunch. When we came back to check in, they had already brought our bags up to our room! The room itself was very nice—spacious with a very comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was great, lots of options and the breakfast area was also very nice. They have free water, coffee; and tea in the lobby which was an added bonus. We’d definitely stay here again next time we visit Nancy!
The location was central, a couple of members of the staff were polite and helpful, and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was practically unusable because the tiny space did not come close to accommodating the many guests. I waited in a crowded area for a table to open up only to be told that people upstairs in their room had reserved it. The elevator barely holds two people with no luggage; I waited for more than ten minutes rather than risking an injury while carrying my luggage down a steep and narrow spiral staircase. The person at the desk on my last day was quite rude to me and stormed off in a huff when I pointed out in French that I would not accept her behaviour from a four-year-old child. My request to cancel the last night of my reservation, after I was hit in the face with tear gas right in front of the hotel, was denied for no reason. I would not return.
