Pros:

Everything was perfect. Mr. Mamadou is an amazing host, who makes you feel so welcome it feels like coming home! <3
Rooms, beds, bathroom, all perfect. Location great, and breakfast so rich and plentiful. One minor thing: the coffee could be better.
But otherwise: extreme good value for money! Will be back when in Nancy!

Très agréable séjour!
Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable. Il y a de l'eau et des sirops à disposition. Les chambres sont agréables avec une jolie décoration contemporaine. Il en est de même dans les parties communes. La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné (5ème étage) est très agréable, j'ai apprécié la disposition que je trouve pratique. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon.

Cons:

Pour ma part il manque certaines choses que j'ajouterai en libre service comme du lait végétal (plutôt amande ou avoine), un grille pain, en libre accès ce serait plus pratique et on gagnerai du temps plutôt que de demander. J'ai à plusieurs reprises utilisé les pinces à thé mais à chaque fois je me retrouve avec plein de thé dans mon eau ce qui n'est pas très agréable. Je m'y prends mal peut être mais il existe des sachets en papiers individuels qui pourraient peut être être pratique? Merci.

La proximité par rapport aux sites visités : galerie Saint-Sébastien, cathédrale et Place Stanislas

Nuisances sonores très désagréables : déambulations nocturnes de certains clients dans le couloir jouxtant notre chambre (102), bruit récurrent de l'ascenseur, ouverture et fermeture consécutives...

Bon séjour, dans un hôtel calme et confortable... bien situé en plein coeur de Nancy
Pros:

La chambre 202 est bien pour une personne seule, tel était mon cas lors de mon passage de cette semaine....
Au niveau propreté il n'y a rien à dire!

Cons:

A revoir toutefois la qualité du lit... sommier et/ou matelas!
Lors de mes passages précédents et l'occupation d'autres chambres, je n'avais rien trouver à dire....
Mais pour cette chambre, la qualité du lit serait à revoir

Hall d’entrée étroit et pas accueillant. Restaurant au sous-sol. Bruit de pas entre les étages (plancher sur poutre). Sécurité incendie catastrophique
