The front desk staffs were all very friendly. I had some card issues when checking in and they were very patient.

In general very quiet. Sometimes there is sound from the street but nothing disturbing.

Cons:

Older facilities.

While the location is convenient, it is near some very steep slopes!!! Not the problem of the hotel itself, but the area in general is definitely not for ppl with knee/leg issues.

(Very minor but) No slippers.

Great hotel in a good location, will return
Pros:

Great location, very quiet, comfy beds, clean. I was able to check in in the morning, which was amazing. The room was also spacious.

Cons:

The hotel is an old structure so the lobby is very small and didn’t have any areas to sit or have a cup of coffee (except in the restaurant). The room was pretty dark because the buildings are close together. Unfortunately, there is no hotel parking.

Cold water showers suck!!!!

Location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to public transportation.

Cons:

The hotel ran out of hot water for two days. I believe it was a mechanical issue that needed repairs.

It was disappointing to stay at your hotel and have no hot water. And for the staff to lie made it worse.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to Union square. The property was very clean. And the staff was very pleasant.

Cons:

There was no hot water the whole 3 days we were there. We were told on Friday when we checked in that the hot water heater was being worked on and it would be working by Saturday. We were told that if we didn’t have hot water on Saturday to let the staff know. It was not. Saturday the water was still cold. Upon our checkout on Sunday the water was still cold. We were in town for a wedding and we had to take cold showers. That made our stay miserable. We were told by other guests that were at the wedding that they checked in on Thursday and were told the same exact thing that it was being worked on, on Thursday. The staff shouldn’t tell guests different reasonings because that made it all more upsetting that we were all essentially lied to after spending quite a bit of money to stay there. We should’ve been given the choice to cancel and go somewhere else.

good location, lots to do and see right in the area and easy spot to get ubers quick.

Cons:

had no hot water for the entire stay and apparently it was happening to others bc they were also up there to complain about it. was told it was happening before our trip so i wish i was told that straight up to make the decision to stay or not after night one. was compensated 30% but still a shit situation/:

מלון מרכזי, טוב מאוד
Pros:

מלון מרכזי, מספר דקות מכיכר יוניון המרכזית. צוות מסביר פנים ועוזר. יש מסעדה לארוחת בוקר. מלון נקי מאוד.

Cons:

יש מעט רעש מהכביש, אבל המיטה כל כך נוחה שישנו ולא הרגשנו כלום.
