Enjoyable stay
Pros:

We really liked the big comfy bed. Location was good

Didn’t like looking at a blank wall which made it very dark and meant the light was on during the day

Enjoyable, Comfortable and if we were back in San Francisco we would stay again.
Pros:

Location was great for us.The room was a lovely size and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

The reception staff had to open the door if we were late back to the hotel as there was no key.

A decent, but dated hotel in a good location to walk around.
Pros:

Good location for walking around San Francisco.
Nice staff.
Comfy bed.

Cons:

The room wasn't particularly clean - dusty and some hairs in the bathroom.

Great boutique hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable room all around, nice chair (plastic, but not unpleasant plastic, so it actually seemed clean!), separate area for coffee (keurig), they don't use bottled water but have a water carafe you can fill from sites in the hotel (unfortunately, there are only three sites, so it's a bit inconvenient--but environmentally better). Bed was very comfortable, sheets, pillows high quality. Bathroom was updated and spacious. The room was much larger than I was expecting (King deluxe room). They have a nice "lobby" area that also serves breakfast. The room has a clock, plenty of outlets.

Cons:

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Location is not particularly nice--but in SF it could be much worse!

A very comfortable stay in downtown SF.
Pros:

This hotel has very large, comfortable rooms, a nice restaurant for breakfast, and an exceptionally friendly, hard-working and accommodating staff. It is very convenient to Union Square and Nob Hill.

Cons:

Rooms facing Bush St do get a bit of traffic noise, although double-glazed windows help.

Практический все . От размещения до самого номера . И самое приятное то , что в номере была Библия , которая лежала в тумбочке , чтобы помимо физического получили еще и душевный отдых и покой ,

Pros:

The location is great; it was near work, near Chinatown, near Union Square; also near shops and the cable car stop. It´s all amazing and I have stayed there twice. Hotel is very clean and in a safe area.
If I could recommend one thing, it would be for the hotel to offer breakfast. But at least it is near shops/cafes.
Overall, the experience is amazing and I would stay there again. Highly recommend it!
