Cons:

El hotel resulta bastante anticuado y, en mi opinión, demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. Las instalaciones necesitan claramente una remodelación y una actualización. Había un notable olor a humedad y gran parte del hotel está cubierto de moquetas que se veían viejas y sucias, lo que daba una sensación general de falta de limpieza y mantenimiento.

También me sorprendió que, teniendo en cuenta el precio, no hubiera ni siquiera una botella de agua de cortesía en la habitación. Además, el personal de recepción únicamente hablaba inglés, algo que puede dificultar bastante la comunicación para los huéspedes internacionales.

En general, la relación calidad-precio me pareció bastante mala y el establecimiento está muy por debajo de lo que esperaba por el precio pagado.

Excellent stay for the price
Pros:

Staff at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Fast elevator. Comfy beds. Nice location (though SF overall is not what it used to be). Great value for the money.

Cons:

Fitness room is small with little equipment. Had to go to a different floor to get drinking water. They have filtered water in the lobby, but no glasses/cups/carafes there, so you have to bring yours from the room. I've been to other hotels where they have carafes right there, so you can grab a carafe on your way in in the evening and have drinking water for the night/morning.

Comfortable, quiet, tons of space and storage, useful amenities, super attentive and kind staff around the clock

Great hotel
Pros:

Spacios, comfortable room. Very nice personal. Location is very good. Outside streets are quite,safe and clean, accourding to common San Francisco situation. Great public transport access. Veru nice hotel at all. Wothout 10 minutes walk plenty of restaurant to choose.

Cons:

It is not about tha hotel, but about high priced car parkings. The cheapest parking we found was 38$ per 24 hours. It was 4 blocks from hotel. It was good, that there is an opportuniry to park at the hotel enter to unload baggage.

Wonderful two days in the city!
Pros:

The Orchard hotel is beautiful. It is centrally located and is walkable to most city sites. The room was completely renovated and well appointed. The bathroom was beautiful. I can’t say enough about the amazing bedding. So comfortable!!! Highly recommend!!!

It was a good stay after all. The hotel is affordable and the location is great.

Cons:

The toilet washroom didn’t flush very well. And there is a foul smell in the washroom not sure if it’s in the pipe or what. I gave a feedback in the front desk that it smells bad in the washroom even if it is clean.
