Goed hotel hartje centrum.
Pros:

Top lokatie. De meeste attracties te voet bereikbaar. Vriendelijk personeel en een grote kamer en badkamer. Leuke restaurant vlakbij het hotel.

Cons:

Wat geluidsoverlast van de drukke straten, maar je bent in hartje centrum dus wel acceptabel voor mij. Goed hotel voor toch wel een wat duurdere prijs.

Had a fabulous 7 nights at the Orchard Hotel!
Pros:

Great service, great location, extremely clean and all facilities that I noticed were in great shape. I loved my stay and hope my business expands so I may visit again and stay at The Orchard Hotel!

Delightful stay
Pros:

I stayed 2 nights at the Orchard Hotel. I really liked the warm friendly atmosphere. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The front desk people were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, especially Ahmed. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to San Francisco. I had breakfast one morning in their restaurant and that was excellent as well.

When back in San Fransisco, we will be back here! 100%
Pros:

Location was perfect: Just a 5 min walk to Union square and Chinatown was really just around the corner. Staff was friendly and helpfull. But the biggest surprise was the breakfast! Great selection of (healthy) food which was prepared in such way it makes me want to have breakfast here every day :-) So compliments to the kitchen.

Cons:

Just a small note we though could be better: There are 4 pillows on each bed. Unfortunately, they were all the same, so there was no choice in "softness / firmness".

Very comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

My husband and I go to no other hotel whenever we visit San Francisco. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and our room is always clean, comfortable, and quiet. We are always happy with our service and appreciate that it's close to theaters and good places to eat breakfast.

Pros:

The hotel is quite old but it's very clean and it doesn't smell old. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The hotel has good location, near the Union Square shopping area. I enjoyed the whole experience and I will definitely come back.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Nähe zu vielen sehenswerten Spots, Busse und Bahn um die Ecke , gute Lage in der Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden umsorgt, auch mit einem Upgrade. Besonderen Dank an Mr. Klaus Atzmueller!
