Clean rooms,friendly staff, also equable conversational patrons. Generous breakfast included in price was a pleasant surprise!

I was treated a customer service was very excellent when I checked in but the stay was not very comfortable I have a bad back and heart problems and cancer I was turning second floor those very difficult times there's the air conditioner was very loud and didn't properly cold did the jacuzzi in the room did not work it is like a 3-foot deep tub that's very difficult for 5'1 inch people to turn into and then you get in there it doesn't work and then when I went downstairs to get my complimentary breakfast I was rudely greated by the owner I apologize for leaving and getting the breakfast bar 5 minutes after it's supposed to shut at 9:00 but everything was still available to get so you know and I was reminded five times that no food after 9:00 I don't understand that and besides that the food was horrible not complaining but the cereal was soggy within two minutes the waffles did not cook properly and I felt like I was inconveniently beating somebody's way trying to get breakfasts included in my stay I think I should be caught a room for the inconveniences and discomfort I had to go through said this myself this is my first bad review and experience here and I feel like it would only be there that you guys refund my money or give me a free night stay out of my way and let me be at Santa I apologize to the fact that I am having to move to an apartment but I stayed at your motel I have stayed here many times before and I've never been rudely treated like this you don't treat your customers like that because they are the ones that pay your bills and will you treat them bad guess what they won't come back and they will go somewhere else so treat me like you want anybody else because I am human I know it's not a perfect world but this is a cheap made cheap run motel and are charging outrageous prices to stay thank you look forward to hearing from you soon

The room was not stocked properly with extra toilet paper, enough towels, and cups. The sheets had holes in them. I let the front staff know so hopefully it will be fixed.

Room was clean and quiet everything was great

We went to location and wasn't aware there was a 100 cash deposit and only money I had available was on card. So we couldnt go in room. I was waiting for someone to bring me cash. Several hours later I wake up to the cops outside my vehicle I had fell asleep. My passenger ended up being involved in illegal activity andwhelich led both of us going to jail. So never even entered the room.

The air conditioner in the first room was set at 60 and everything in the room was wet with condensation. I turned up the heat and tried to wipe everything down. I complained to the person who checked us in and she gave us another room. This room seemed a little better but the TV did not work. We went back to the original room which seemed better with the heat on and the TV worked. As far as cleanliness goes, the towels we used to wipe down the countertops were very dirty. My wife walked from the bed to the bathroom in her stocking feet and her socks were filthy on yhe bottom. The window and curtains were very dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time. The air conditioner front was broken and taped together but was still falling apart.

Floor had water stains.

Filthy, Disgustingly dirty! You can’t spray disinfectant over filth. I guess they can. Do you want sleep? Quite? Do you expect to Feel safe? Run from the Baymont in Dunn, because you won’t find any of those things at this Wyndham.

AC was not working properly, Door is damaged you can push in the door without a key, room was not that clean, saw some stains on the sheets. The peep hole on the door is also broken. They used tape to cover it. Overall i dont feel safe in the room. I ask to be changed to a different room but said they had to charge more for an upgrade. I do not recommend at all.

Didn't really care about seeing a couple bugs. I understand it's the south. But place is run down and people next door were talking all night. Walls are paper thin. Also the door slams closed on its own. Heard it about 10x and couldn't sleep. Don't know what they were doing all night

Bed comfort

Room was clean and convenient. Good price and quality condition. Was given first floor as requested. Staff were polite and solicitous. Bed was very comfortable. Could have used better breakfast choices. Coffee good, juice machine was broken, would have liked possibly some hot food like eggs, sausage, bacon. Windermere in Gettysburg has excellent continental breakfast as example. Really quite nice for overnite stay.

Road construction getting to the property.The room was clean and plenty of space.

Aged outside, rooms are updated except tvs, smells of marijuana, per charge is 25.00 per room. Close to many restaurants.

Better than many more expensive hotels

Erica was easy to work with and so friendly and she made my stay excellent

Erica was excellent from check in to check out!! She has excellent customer skills and always friendly and she made sure that I has everything I needed
