I only had a bagel , but it was good. staff was very nice!! both the check in desk, and the woman at the night dinette was sweet.
I was surprised there was not a coffee station for earlier risers...i love going down in the morning to make a coffee and bring it back to the room...its one of my most fun things....and unfortunately i had to go to the dinette and order. I ordered 2 large coffees, and the girl said it would be 5 dollars....2.50 cents per coffee...which i thought was i guess okay. then she gave me one coffee. I said to her i ordered 2 coffees. so at that moment i realized the coffee was a 5 dollar coffee. a little hard to take...nothing fance, just a coffee with little french vanilla packets that i added. hmmm many facilities had make your own free coffee in the morning...her you have to order a coffee for 5 dollars...and also consider a tip as well...a little surprising for a nice facility.
There was a slight buzzing in the room
The hotel rooms are well furnished and my main complaint is that there was no housekeeping for the 3 nights we stayed - even after requesting it after the second night.
Although I live in Ithaca, I decided to stay at this hotel because of the shuttle to the airport. They were very helpful in my stay.
Breakfasts are extremely over priced. And most things are just heated up in the microwave. Thus the egg sandwich, though tasty, had bread like hockey pucks. If you order an "egg your way" it's a bit better but definitely not worth the $18-20 price. The coffee was great though.
The rooms are painted dark colors and the rooms feel like you're in a cave. Some folks might like that but I would prefer somthing brighter with an airy feel.

The location is really close to the airport with around 10 minutes walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The airport shuttle needs an advanced reservation but the website doesn't explicitly mention this. When arriving at the airport, I wasn't able to see the shuttle, perhaps because there was no clear sign of which vehicle is from the hotel.
Bed not very comfortable. Covers and other bedding very good..
