Breakfast was not included. Food was decent but not great. And overpriced. The king sized bed was very comfortable.

Ease of location for visit reasons.

Was accessible to get to downtown and Cornell. Easy access to parking lot. Helpful staff. Clean room.

The breakfast was excellent. We wished it could have been standard rather an additional cost.

The hotel and room was nice. Very good location. The real problem was the air conditioner. Just didn’t get the room cool enough and it was warm outside. Not sure if the problem is with all rooms or just the one we had.

I booked a room for five nights at this establishment. I paid over $1200 for this room. During my stay, my room was cleaned ONCE! I was given a variety of reasons by staff as to why it was not cleaned, including COVID. The garbage was not emptied, the towels needed replacing, I was running out of toilet paper and tissue paper. The list goes on. This all comes down to cutting costs and bad management.

Heads up- this hotel would be given a zero if it was available. We prepaid (in full) for this hotel months ago and today they outright cancelled our reservation (for Cornell Freshman drop off/ orientation nonetheless!). This is a very important weekend for our family, thus booking the room right away. When we called to discuss why they did it, thinking it was a mistake, we quickly discovered it is because they overbooked and then canceled the cheapest rooms first. They can get more $$$ by price-gouging once people start filling up the hotel for a big week. We are loyal Marriott members on top of it- it does not matter to them. You would think a town with an amazing hotel and hospitality program would have a city of hotels that would do better on the customer service end. We are going to be staying in Ithaca for four years of my son's college career, but this hotel is off the list. Seems like this is a common pattern with them.

They cancelled our reservation for a better deal and then didn't even have the decency to tell us ahead of time. We showed up at 11:30 p.m. after a long drive and were told that our reservation was cancelled even though we had received confirmation of the reservation the day before. The clerk had clearly been through this before multiple times because she told us that she expected us to "hit" her. She offered no assistance in obtaining another local room. We were essentially kicked out and had to find an alternative while sitting outside of an exceedingly noisy bar with teenagers playing football on the front lawn. Also it was infested with mosquitoes. Never, ever book with this hotel or with a third party to them. They don't care about their customers at all.

Proximity to the airport and my relatives’ home.

I booked this room to attend my child's graduation ceremony. Hotels near Cornell University are almost always fully booked at this time, and prices are more than three times the usual rate.
