THE BAD: I had a bad experience during check-in, as when arriving at a place after a trip or work trip, a warm welcome is expected. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, as the receptionist, Jennifer, seemed angry and behaved in an annoyed and rude manner.
THE GOOD: The stay was very pleasant, both in the facilities and in the rooms. The opposite was true when checking out: I was assisted by another lady whose name I don't remember, but she was the complete opposite of the first one, which is why I gave them an average rating.
MY SUGGESTION: TAKE CARE OF THOSE SMALL DETAILS WHEN A GUEST ARRIVES AT THE HOTEL. THEY EXPECT SOMETHING PLEASANT, AND THAT DETAIL AT THE BEGINNING IS IMPORTANT, IN MY OPINION. THANK YOU. OBRIGADO

Lugar con una ubicación privilegiada, tiene estacionamiento, la recepción fue muy cálida y las habitaciones están para dormir y dormir y dormir. El lugar es muy encantador para descansar y disfrutar de la estancia.
