Enjoyable stay in Bournemouth.
Pros:

Very good quality hotel, excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Staff were a little slow to keep the breakfast items topped up. Had to find a member of staff to check out.

Highly recommend to any travellers.
Pros:

The hotel always meets our expectations, it's clean, the staff are always professional and helpful, the breakfast was lovely and plenty of it.

Would stay again but please sort out staff training and food items check and re-stock

Lovely room. Nice extra touches - robes etc. products in bathroom although conditioner was by sink when it should be in shower!! And moisturiser was in shower!!

Cons:

Your receptionist Victoria - we appreciate she was training but when checking in she asked for card. I pointed out I had already paid. She argued three times that she needed payment method. Then asked a colleague who confirmed we’d paid. No apology!!! Not good enough!
Breakfast - poor management!! Scrambled egg ran out, fruit ran out, yoghurt ran out. Your staff should constantly check and re-stock! NO breakfast tea - totally out of stock - again not good enough. How can you run out - this happened well before end of service and indeed should not happen ever!!’

Ok but beware of Parking fees
Pros:

I booked 7 rooms at this hotel this week using my IHG App. Centrally located in the centre of town the hotel is the normal IHG Holiday Inn Standard . Clean comfortable and welcoming.

Breakfast is the standard HI buffet and again pretty good

Two things that I wasn’t expecting and made me mark the hotel down

1. The Hotel has an underground carpark which has obviously been sold off and charges £15.50 per night to stay

2. My Platinum IHG status wasn’t acknowledged on my check in and I had ask for my arrival points

Two minor things but in my opinion worth considering?

Decent place to stay in Bournemouth.
Pros:

Nice room and facilities.

Cons:

Staff were pretty slow and the desk wasn’t attended as often as it should have been. The door from the car park didn’t open unless you already had a room key, which isn’t convenient when checking in.

Overall a lovely stay friendly staff. Very clean and tidy best place we have stayed by far. Thank you for your service.

Cons:

One thing I would say is the bed was slightly too hard. And the shower room makes everything to wet as it’s an open shower.
