Dissapointed.
Pros:

24hr parking option included in my booking.
Helpful staff.
Good menu.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were a bit hard.Duvet quite thin. The room felt cold even after air con heating adjusted. No toilet brush. No biscuits on tray. Shower arm leaking and spraying out. Sesting area downstairs disorganised.

Good value for money
Pros:

Wonderful staff, room and price. Near beaches and shops

Cons:

The only things I didn't like is the shower draining situation and the Tv keeps freezing. If you are not cautious when showering, you can unintentionally flood the bathroom due to the positioning of the drain.

Generally a pretty good and personal experience, will visit again when in the area.
Pros:

comfy bed, great freindly staff, particularly on the evening/ night shift, a great touch for a birthday of a visitor with a card and some chocolate.

Cons:

The bar although great and freindly was on the pricey side. Also, we came here so there would be a bath, and our room only had a shower, which was a little dissapointing.

Pros:

Lovely hotel if you're looking to stay close to the centre of Bournemouth.
Nicely decorated and comfortable and fab breakfast selection. Will be staying again.

Very good staying.
Pros:

Amenities, services and easy to get. Very central and easy to get anywhere with bus right out the door.

Cons:

Shower messy, no door protection and shower water spills out making a wet bathroom floor.

Pros:

Location as it was close to the train station
The room was a nice size

Cons:

we had a very poor night’s sleep during our stay. The room was far too hot, and the air conditioning was not working until around midnight. My husband had to come down to reception to ask about it, and we were advised it would be working again within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the heat in the room became so uncomfortable that it made me feel unwell.

In addition, the room was excessively bright during the night. The green lights above the door and bathroom, together with the light coming in from the hallway, illuminated the room far too much and made it difficult to sleep.

We already had an early start planned this morning, and as a result of the disturbed night and lack of sleep, we are now extremely exhausted and disappointed with our experience.
