Awful
Pros:

Room fine but open curtains and awful view rubbish work and men vans didn’t have sausages for vegetarians had to ask and wait for them to be cooked had to ask again next morning not a lot of fruit what was there was tinned coffee machine didn’t work at first had to get some one Just needed a bit more care and attention for breakfast location so awful and left two days early

Pros:

The location was nice if we didn't want to walk to the shops or beach there was a bus stop close to the hotel. The hotel was laid back far enough off the road for it to be quiet.

Pros:

Staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and efficient.
The room was clean and kept so by the service team.
Location was not bad, although would have been nice to have sea view room as requested.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit basic.
The building is a bit dated with some things, such as the left call buttons not working.
Very tight parking spaces. There was a terrible smell in the car park while we were there.

Location of the property is best.

Cons:

Lift wasn't operating properly. Service manager was standing next to it but didn't bother to address it.. guests had to remind her that it's risk for anyone to use it.

Breakfast was very lousy. Need to organise breakfast slots if you don't have enough space to accommodate all guests at the same time.

Availability of the parking space should be monitored, if you are charging for the parking spaces. Approach roads are clocked by tourist buses.. no management control or supervision.
