We loved the hotel staff were very freindly and helpful food was very good location was good bus stop was just across the road
The only bad thing about the rooms were the toilets they were very low to the floor
It is good for people doing work in the area
When a hotel proved tea and coffee facility in the room, you expect to include at least 2 small bottles of water and that is usual in all the hotels we been before.. when we mentioned that one of the staff said you can use tap water..
Breakfast was good, great position ,near bus stops, bars and resturarants. Air condition room was 👍
Evening food menu could have been better. Bar drinks a bit expensive,wine list expensive.

Location could have been closer to the Beach
Closed to the beach & the other amenities (if you like to walk).
Bus ride to other town (Poole harbour, Swanage town centre & beach by bus on the ferry). Very nice.
Hotel meals not value for money.
Gym was too small ( only fit 1 - 2 people at a time, does not open all the time).
Breakfast fast should have been open until 10:00 - 10:30am ( like in the albufeira holiday inn) . Therefore, it gives the customer flexibility.

Air con was great. Breakfast good. Staff nice. Cafe area was pleasant.
The room was nice and clean and equipped with ball the stuff we needed. Food and drinks for breakfast were good, good variety of options to choose from. Location was great, as it’s not too far away from the beach, shops etc. In addition to that there was plenty of variety for drinks at the bar.
It was a bit dirty underneath the beads, found food and dirt underneath the bed. Also, could do with some more gluten free options for breakfast as there was only two options.
