Super Hotel, gute Lage
Pros:

Die Ausstattung und die Atmosphäre haben uns gefallen. Es gab jeden Tag neue Handtücher (wäre nicht nötig gewesen) und neuen Kaffee im Zimmer. Musik konnte man per Bluetooth im Zimmer u Bad hören. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber sehr gut aus

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, dosłownie 3min od Royal Mile i głównych atrakcji. Pokój i łazienka dość przestronne, wyposażenie standardowe jak na hotel. Plus za dostępny czajnik, kubki, herbatę i kawę. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Wifi działało dobrze. Bez problemu mogłam też przechować bagaż po wymeldowaniu.

Cons:

Czystość pozostawiała trochę do życzenia, po moich dwóch prośbach obsługa odkurzyła dodatkowo mój pokój, ale wciąż nie był to poziom czystości, którego bym oczekiwała od hotelu w centrum miasta. Pokój był cichy - do czasu imprezy w barze obok, więc w sezonie może nie być zbyt komfortowo. Duży plus, że w recepcji można otrzymać zatyczki do uszu :)

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very good location.

Cons:

We stayed for two nights, and both nights, we suffered horrendous noise coming four feet opposite the hall from another room. Loud music, shouting, whistling screaming. When we investigated, it was a dj playing music until 3am both nights. It was the worst experience I've ever had.
Also the bed is under a window which was very draughty.

Repetiríamos sin duda
Pros:

Sin duda, lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación. Sabíamos que estaba céntrico pero no éramos consciente de que lo fuese tanto. Queda cerca de absolutamente todos los puntos de interés del casco histórico: a una calle de la Royal Mile, a 2 min de Grassmarkey y de Victoria Street, a 10 minutos del castillo, a 10 min de la New Town y la parada del bus del aeropuerto. En definitiva, fue un lujo estar alojadas ahí y nos facilitó completamente nuestra estancia en Edimburgo.

Antes del viaje vimos que tenía muchos comentarios negativos sobre el ruido debido a la discoteca que tienen abajo. Es por ello que les escribimos la semana anterior pidiendo que nos diesen una habitación que diese a otra fachada diferente; nos contestaron enseguida diciendo que solicitarían para nosotras una habitación tranquila. Finalmente, así fue: desde nuestra habitación (la 108) no se oía absolutamente nada.

A mayores, el personal fue muy amable con nosotras en todo momento. Queremos destacar a Luis, un camarero español que nos atendió en el desayuno maravillosamente, se encargó de que nos preparasen unas bolsas de desayuno un día en el que teníamos que salir temprano, etc.

En cuanto al desayuno, si bien es cierto que no cuenta con una gran variedad, es correcto y se ajusta muy bien al día a día (tostadas, cereales, fruta, café, bollería, huevos, bacon...).

Finalmente, nos han permitido dejar las maletas allí a modo de consigna sin ponernos ninguna complicación.

Cons:

En general, todo estuvo bien. Quizás señalaríamos que el sistema de aire caliente es un poco viejo y no funciona del todo bien (aunque no pasamos frío) y que no son instalaciones nuevas, aunque es algo que se asume al alojarte en el casco histórico.
